sickness and dehydration...As I said I'm 15 weeks now and still having a really bad morning sickness, I'm not able to keep anything down unless I'm taking my medicine(Zofran).I'm really worried because of the medicine and about the fact that I was so dehydrated. My questions are: Did anybody experienced the same?
When did the morning sickness go away?
Did anybody take Zofran? Did you deliver healthy babies?
Did anybody stay in hospital because of dehydration? was your baby ok?
Thanks a lot! I really appreciate it!

So Im 21, and 12 weeks pregnant with my first child. Im not married, my boyfriend and I arnt doing so well right now( please no "well you shouldnt have had sex, you shouldnt be having babies unless your married" Look guys I feal bad enough, it happened, I cannot take it back, and its a baby not a choice, so I am going to have the baby and raise it.) Anyways it looks like Im going to be raising the baby on my own, and without alot of money may I add. I know I will be a good mom but I also know it is going to be very hard on my own. I want to know that it will be ok, and maby if its not prying, a few stories from single moms who have done it on their own.

I am pregnant with my boyfriends baby and though we hope to marry in December (before baby gets here) I still feel very insecure about my relationship with him. He is a very loving person but if he doesn't call me at least twice a day I start to feel insecure and like "well maybe he doesn't really want to marry me" or "maybe he feels he HAS to marry me now that I'm having his kid" or I think sometimes that maybe he's not being faithful to me ALL because he doesn't call me at LEAST twice a day. Is it normal to feel THIS overly insecure while you're pregnant? I think I'm driving myself insane. Sometimes I think I might drive him away by being insecure too so I try to hide it. Please someone help me.

I am not sure if this was discussed already on this board, but when I heard that they over turned the original verdict and that this woman was now found not guilty (for reason of insanity) I really had tro scratch my head at the judicial system, or at least at the 12 jurors...Think about it...I know I shouldn't judge depression can cause you to do some crazy stuff, but she drowned each of her children one by one...FIVE children!!!...How much time and energy did that take?....I would imagine alot of time. (enough for her to know she was doing something wrong.)?????

In 2001 I lost my baby cousin, Nora, at the age of 4 months~Doctors tried to pass it off as SIDS when in fact she died from LCHAD, a metabolic disorder. Do you know that a $20.00 newborn screening test would have saved her life? It's completely treatable with diet. At the time, California did not do EXPANDED newborn screening. Only certain screenings. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE share this info. AND PLEASE DEMAND "EXPANDED" Newborn screening for your baby.
There are many metabolic disorders but the one that took our little Nora is where..."the body can't break down certain sugars & fats"...even the breastmilk was doing damage. THERE ARE NO WARNING SIGNS!..My mom was with Nora when she had to be rushed to the hospital. Your state may do the newborn screening and may not. I can't believe that there are parents that don't request it..IF WE WOULD HAVE KNOW ABOUT THIS..SHE WOULD BE ALIVE TODAY
Here is her story..contact me w/ any questions.

majority of the time he is lying low, which puts a lot of pressure on my bladder. My Doctor says that there is nothing wrong so I am not that worried however I was wondering if other women have/are experiencing this.

I am 2 months pregnant and very nervous. I'm only 17...I am really looking forward to our baby as well as my boyfriend. My mom had me when she was 16 and i came out healthy , do you think that would give me a better chance of having a healthy baby. No close family members have ever miscarried , does that have anything to do with me? I also have yeast infections alot,( itching, irritation and burning sex), could this effect my baby? I would really appreciate positive advice and suggestions. I just want to have a healthy child and i take my prenatal vitamins and i have my first ob/gyn appointment in 2 weeks..I eat very healthy. Im trying everything in my power to have a healthy baby, I want it very badly. Could anyone give me any tips.. ?

I am having terrible breast pain and leakage. I am 36 weeks pregnant with my fourth child and never had this problem before. Could the leaking be due to me having nursed my youngest child or is it just something normal that I am experiencing with this pregnancy?

Is it true that whatever was born first in the father's line of siblings determines (or, at least, influences) the sex of the firstborn? My husband is the oldest in his family, so if this is true, our baby should be a boy.
