is it true your baby can cry when your pregnant?...cuz me and my sis got into a little argument...so dose anyone know for sure if it does or not???

@helixburger - if tears are coming from an adults eyes, if they are crying, but not necessarily making any noise, does that mean they're not crying? i know plenty of people who don't scream when they're crying.

Yes babies do cry in the stomach. There is fluid around, so no one can hear them. But they do cry. Some people say that they can't because their mouths are full of junk that has to be suctioned out, which is true, but they can still cry. How do they suck their thumbs with all that junk in their mouths if they can't cry?

To cry, a babies lungs must fill with air, so no. It may be feeling discomfort, and putting out stress hormones, and that could be sensed by the mother as her stress level increases.

Yes, but because there is no air exchange, there is no noise from the cry. Babies hear, too, and will jump when a loud noise startles them.

no your baby cant cry. there is no air in your stomach to let them. did you even notice after a baby is born they have to clean all of the gunk out of its mouth and throat.
