I don't mean to be crude or graphic, but I want to answer this question truthfully and as fully as possible.'

The only solution I can think of besides invitro or fertilization is for you and your wife to buy an ovulation kit, which will tell ya'll when she is the most fertile. Starting three days prior to her ovulation, do not ejaculate, but get yourself...um...almost there. Do that each day for three days until she ovulates then have sex in the missionary position and have her STAY ON HER BACK WITH HER LEGS RAISED FOR AT LEAST FIVE MINUTES after you...um...finish. This allows your sperm build up,plus gravity, give your little guys a head start. Don't get discouraged if it doesn't work the first month. Give it at least three months, and remember that there are other options (invitro, adoption, and many others)if this doesn't do the trick. Good luck.

If you have 1 live sperm your wife can get pregnant, but with a low motility your chances are lower but not zero. If you really want to have children, your own children, you might want to try invetro, or some other technique that will give you a better chance.

First of all checking out you is less complicated... so pass deliver a pattern to peer if whatever has modified within the final thirteen years. If you're well then she will be able to pass in for checking out. I advise her simply going and speakme to a fertility expert BEFORE checking out... they placed females via a LOT so that you have got to be definite that she particularly wishes to discover out what's incorrect... or if she is relaxed now not understanding. Good good fortune.

To start with trying out you is simpler... So go provide a sample to peer if some thing has changed in the final thirteen years. If you are excellent then she will be able to go in for trying out. I recommend her just going and speaking to a fertility professional earlier than testing... They put women via so much so that you have to be sure that she rather needs to discover what is incorrect... Or if she is relaxed no longer understanding. Good success.
