I am scheduled for my first doctor's appointment tomorrow. I will be 5 weeks pregnant... what do they do at these first appointments anyways? Just test you to be sure, give you prenatal vitamins and get your medical history? Just wondering... thanks.

I want all pregnant woman to read this if they are thinking of abortion .....last year i got pregnant and was made/forced to have an abortion and it was THE BIGGEST mistake i ever made....think that child inside you is inocent and deserves a chance to live ,,you can always adopt if you cant keep it,i do not think abortion should be make illegal but i dont agree with it anymore....after everything my abortion has taught me never ever to even consider it again.....what do you lot think.....its been a year the end of this month since i aborted my child and i miss it so much i think that it would of been 3 months old....if anybody has just had one or is thinking of it i will help you through it..skinnyminniekitten@yahoo.com thanks

Hi, i am the one that asked a question yesterday about inducing well today i have a question about pain. I have been having labor pains but they are still to far apart to go to the hospital they are 2-3 hours apart lasting about 30-45 sec. I have been having this stabing pain in my uterus everytime i start walking around and it hurts real bad and i also get them when im laying and the baby moves. I was just wondering if any one else thats as far along as me are getting the same pain or what could it mean? My mom is a nurse and she said that it sounds like the baby is trying to break my water but i don't know. This is my first baby and i have no idea what it could be. I have a drs. appt in the morning at 9:30 and he said he might induce then. Please HELP! Also i am 39 weeks tomorrow.

i get this cold burning sensation in my throat almost every night and it can sometimes make it hard for me to breathe. i know that its not heart burn or indigestion. only had it for about a week though. can someone please tell me what it is and if it's normal to have this when pregnant? I think I'm pregnant by this guy I've been dating for two years. We are in love and both really excited about having a baby, but not yet. I'm way to young to have a baby, I'm only 16. I don't believe in abortion but I am scared to ruin this childs life. My boyfriend is 18 and he seems to be handling this better than I am. I don't know why but lately it seems like I am falling out of love with him and I think it is because of this. Ever since i thought i might be pregnant, all i want to do is be away from him. I love him more than anything and i know that i need him and his baby needs him. I just want to feel the way i used to about him, can anyone help?!

ok i had my period june 26 then again july 22nd which was just a lil weird but nothing to really make me feel as if something was wrong then i started feeling really queezy and had a few lihgtheaded and dizzy spells on 3 different occasions then i notice my skin was unusually clear and pretty with a glow to it then i wake up with headaces and even go to bed with a headace ihave also developed acid reflux just out of the blue i feel really tired sometimes drained of energy im now noticing tenderness in my breast and tingling and my areola is starting to get a lil darker i have increased sex drive which is not like me i stay thirsty im just starting to pee more than usual and i have reall weird food cravings like seasoned fries with sour cream which is so GOOD i have very bad mood swings and now im a lil constipated which is not like me at all so i want to ask what do you really honestly think could i be pregnant or is this all in my head can you please only answer if youre serious

Hi everyone. Me and my wife, together, earn approximately 130000 a year. currently we own a bungalow in a chicago valued at around 370,000 dollars. last year (november) we purchased a broken down home in the best neighborhood for 389000 and decided to renovate. the total renovation is finished and cost us 350,000. all together we spent 760,000 dollars. when we sell our old home (in the next 2 monthes) and move in to our new home, will it be challenging to finance our home.

NOTE: were not gonna have any other expenses besides the home.

This happened to me b4 and i told my doctor about it she said everything was fien and not to worrie about. But it was also a few days later in my cycle. This time however me and my bf had sex1 day after my peorid stoped. And i am on the pill. I was told it is unlikely to be pregant because i wasnt due to ovualte until about 7 days later if i ovualted at all. should i worry?

I have had spotting and cramping b4 but it was a few days later in my cycle and my docotr told me not to worrie about it and i was fine. I had it agai nrecelty and was under alot of stress lately. I am on the pill and my and my bf had sex 1 dayss after my peorid stopped. I am stressing even more now but i dont think i have much to worrie about.

ok me and my bf had sex 1 day after my peorid stoped. But then about 4-5 days later i had some spotting and cramping. I;ve had this before but not so soon after my peorid stoped i was told tha tit is prob just mid cycle spotting and then ovulation cramping because i am on the pill it is very unlikeltyy tp be pregant but now i am stressing about amd was told that it is prob making it worse on me any advice?

ok me and my boyfreind had sex 1 day after my peorid. And i had some spotting about 5days after my peorid stoped and cramping a few days later with discharge that looked like Ovualtion discharge. I was told that i was prob mid cycle spotting and followed by ovualtion. I can't help but notice...but so many women have miscarriages at 7 weeks! Is it because it's a the critical certain point of development, and if it doesn't have what it needs to go on it ends?
I know they say first trimester miscarriages are a 15-20 percent chance...but as popular as 7 weeks is....I almost want to say once you hit 8 weeks/ 2 months your chance goes down to like 10 percent

I'm 10 weeks along, have gained 5 pounds, putting me at 122 lbs. but I'm eating like a COW! I'm not craving anything, but everything is appealing to me! I'm eating when I'm not hungry, and I'm eating all through out the day. I mean, today I've had a BIG bowl of ceral, a piece of toast, a banana, a bowl of pineapple, 1 1/2 tomatoes, 3 handfulls of wheat thins, a bowl of speghetti, 12 potato chips, and 2 pieces of banana nut bread... and its not even dinner time! Im sleepy bc I'm eating so much... but other than that I have NO symptoms. Is this normal?!?

ok me and my boyfriend ahd sex a day after my peorid and i take the pill. I had been taking this cyles pills for about 5 days when it happened without missing one. But i had some spotting the other day and i read that you could have implation bleeding and cramping and i had some cramping with it but i also read that when you first finish you peorid it is the best time to have sex especially if you use contraceptives?
