If you've been having sex without protection there is always a chance you can be pregnant don't let any ovulation date tell you otherwise. And stress can cause spotting and cramping but pregnancy also does that in the beginning stages. It happened to me go get checked out.

First of all, you don't ovulate on the pill. Your "period" is bleeding resulting from the rapid withdrawal of hormones when you are on the sugar pills. You are probably experiencing breakthrough bleeding which is common on the pill. You may want to mention it to your doctor who will give you your options: either put up with it and hopefully it will stop as you keep taking the pill or switch pills. Your doctor can also evaluate you for other things such as fibroids, endometriosis or uterine/cervical polyps.

so long as this is giving you stress it might be a sign
you should give up sex until things are better. it may
be that you feel in your heart that your behavior is
not right and that is what is causing the problem. i will
not try to tell you how to behave because what is right
for one might not be right for another, just suggesting
something to try.

YES, stress can cause spotting, and all sorts of other nasty stuff to happen to your body. If you already spoke to your doc and she said everything is fine.....Stop obsessing about it. Let that nasty stress drain from your brain so your body can function better.
