It's not unusual for Carpel Tunnel Syndrome to show up in pregnancy or a previous case to get worse.
Hand splints can help. Talk with your doctor. Splinting and sleeping with your hand up on pillows also helps.
If however your hands are cold, or pale or bluish, go to the ER to make sure it's not a circulation problem.

It may be possible that with the added weight of the baby, your low back is being pulled forward. Since your low back is pulling forward, your neck has to compensate to keep you upright.
The added stress in the neck joints may be pinching nerves in your neck that go down into your hands. This phenomenon is called bilateral cervical radiculopathy.
Perhaps if you lie down and prop your neck on a pillow, the pain will go away.
You're almost there! After your pregnancy, be sure to do low back and neck strengthening exercises. That will help.
Best of luck to you!

I hope you already have a Dr's appointment for like real soon. I have seen that happen before with pregnant women and it usually goes away after delivery or shortly there after. Call your OB doctor and let him/ her know what is going on.
