I'm almost 23 & never had a baby b4. I'm just curious. How does it feel when the baby kicks?

I am 33 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child. I love being pregnant!! Well, mostly! I love knowing that I am going to be having a baby soon. I love how it feels when he kicks me. I love aggravating him just to get him to kick me. I love the look on his fathers face when we aggravate him and he kicks us. I HATE the pressure I have had since 27 weeks. I hate the swelling of my legs ankles and feet. I hate the stretch marks. I hate never being comfortable. But all in all, i love being a mother! It is the most beautiful thing a woman can give her family!!!

it's an amazing experiance. It's so fun feeling your unborn roll around and kick and punch. Trying to determine the position of your baby and exactly what your feeling wether its the feet or the hands. Hiccups can get a little annoying if your baby has those a lot. And sometime it does hurt towards the end of the pregnancy when your baby is head down and they are kicking under your rib cage. But almost every pregnant woman will tell you it is amazing and fun and usually miss it after they have the baby.

It feels amazing let me tell you though that is the only good part about being pregnant everyone says it is such an amazing experience. What is so amazing about throwing up all the time having really bad acid reflex, can't fit in any of your clothes, feet and hand swelling up but when the baby kicks it is so wonderful. I remember when he first did I was not sure if it was him or just gas bubbles and then I started to realise it was him and every time he did I just smiled.

I have first hand experience because I am pregnant. Feeling a baby kick is different at different stages of pregnancy. At the beginning it feels like little bubbles in your stomach. Now that I am almost due, it feels like your stomach is stretching. Sometimes around the ribs hurt, but over all I think it is really special.

Some women can feel "butterflies" other say it feels like popcorn popping, others say it feels like gas that doesn't hurt.
You can ask a hundred women and get a hundred answers.

But, it really is the most awe inspiring thing in the world, to feel a baby move inside of you, and have it dawn on you that it will be a living breathing baby at the end.

It is really neat...it's not like it's all the time...but in the beginning it feels weird like....little Alka Seltzer bubbles or little soft tickles that quickly go across your belly....some people say it feels like small amounts of gas bubbles that just don't come out...(not painful though!)..then as the baby grows and gets cramped in there...you feel more of a push (like the baby must be thinking.."man I need to stretch bad..give me room!"....but here's the funny thing...my little one was a breach so I needed a c-section...so when my friends would say Ow I just got a jab by some body part...to my ribs...I would get the Foot kicking me in my butt!!...once it was so hard it felt like a knife up my butt and I was at a stop sign (thank goodness) because I raised my butt...i laughed to myself and said " should I rest my butt back down or am I going to break a foot down there?!"...it felt like her foot had come out it was such a kick to my butt!....after that i would just get a little kick every once in awhile...no biggy...and of course the baby is in it's sac protected so she was ok...

Its like you have an alien in your stomach. In the later months of pregnancy it moves around so that you can feel feet sticking out etc.. its kinda nice, cos you know its your baby, it doesn't hurt though unless it gets you under your ribs sometimes.

When the baby kicks, it feels like bubbles moving around in your stomach.

Well the whole thing makes you feel sick, but you don't pay any attention to it because you just want the baby.
