Pregnancy - August 2006

I have been having regular symptoms of getting ready for labor, like braxton hicks, tiredness, nesting, I am effaced almost completely, 38 1/2 weeks along. I had been feeling pressure of her pushing down. But it all seemed to stop. The only thing I feel now is her moving with the occasional pressure and sometimes braxton hicks. Am I moving backwards??? What does this mean?

I have a friend that works with me in a company, she's preganant but the boss is not aware but now the pregnancy can not be hide any more so she wants to write a maternity leave letter but doesn't know how because this is her first time/expereince.

i thought i was pregnant all last week(i was natious,cranky,tired, irritable..the whole9yards) now i have a super heavy flow and i am so moody and on edge but i have no cramps and usually i have baaad back pain and stomach cramps.

I,m three months pregnant and i was carrying twins but i lost one. I'm just wondering if it is normal that i'm putting on wieght as if i was still having twins. I have put on ten pounds already and this is my second child.

I had pulpitations before I got pregnant and still get them when I run around or am too stressed. I'm worried the stress of labour would bring it on and would make it harder for me. Has anyone experienced pulpitations during labour?

I am hungry all the time. When I get really hungry, I feel sick to my stomach, so I have to eat. My digestion seems to have slowed wayyy down though b/c right after eating I get heartburn, and then I feel bloated for hours. I'm also gaining weight (which I shouldn't be this early) b/c I'm hungry constantly and I'm sleeping way too much. I fall asleep constantly; I've even been dozing off at work lateley and I never do that! What can I do to give myself some energy to do more than just eat and sleep? I'm feeling so bad about myself b/c my housework and work is suffering.

I hv tested +ve to Cytomegalovirus, Herpes Simplex I & II, which was the death cause of my 18 weeks fetus in the uterus. Will this infection recurrence in my next pregnancy? What are the precautions need to be undertaken before planning for next pregnancy? Pls help.

okay so a week and a 1/2 ago i went and had a pregnancy test done and it came back neg (even though i had some of the signs) and then a week ago i strted bleeding like i was gonna have my period but it only lasted a day and then this morning it started doing it again. Plus i have been cramping for no reason. i made a doctors appt. but they couldn't get me in til next weak. i was just wondering if anyone else had any advice.
