women give birth because they have womb , vagina & able to conceive, men dont have it, we have egg cells develop in the ovary & fallopian tube for travelling & if the egg is fertilized by the sperm it will attach to the uterus & grow there, and pass through the vagina during delivery, its also called the birth canal

Because the women have the reproductive system organs, whereas the men don't have. Men have to introduce sperms into the system to fertilise the eggs in the women reproductive system to form embryo(baby). This embryo need about nine or more months to fully grown in the womb to form a baby. Hope, my answer is clear to you.

Because we're mammals and that's how mammals do it. It should have been painless (like it is for other mammals) but Eve had to go and eat the friggin' apple, so now we're cursed to a lifetime of monthly bleeding and excrutiating, horrible labor and delivery.
