Pulpitations and labour?

I had pulpitations before I got pregnant and still get them when I run around or am too stressed. I'm worried the stress of labour would bring it on and would make it harder for me. Has anyone experienced pulpitations during labour?

i am a doc

it happens if the heart disease is assosciated with pregnancy
it may occur normally too

there r mild risks to baby
