how do you know when you are dialating? how does it feel? my 1st time being pregnant, and i am due this wednesday, June 14,2006..but don't know how it feels..or can you not feel it when it's happending..dialating

my periods have always been irregular. some months i get them and them sometimes they will skip. im march i got my period the 27th and then in april i didnt get it and in may, i got it the 12th. me and my bf had unprotected sex may 24 and may 27, and he ejaculated inside of me. im scared that i might be pregnant because isnt my period supposed to come today or any time this week since last month i got it the 12th. and since they are irregular, im kinda not really worrying about it but still. do u think my period will come anytime soon or will it be irregular and come later on in the month or something. i have not been feeling pregnancy symptoms like sore breast or nausea or anything, i feel fine. and that days that we had unprotected sex was like the 2nd and 3rd time that my bf had ever ejaculated inside of me. bfore that i have never had anyone do it to me. also, my bf smoked alot of weed for along time so do u think that made his sperm weak? i know i sound like a little kid. sorry.

My boyfriend and i had unprotected sex in may. I got my period and didnt think anymore about it. But after my period I started feeling really sick to my stomach like i had motion sickness my nipples were and are tender my eating has picked up and now my back is starting to hurt. I dont know if my mind is playing tricks on me or what. I shouldnt be feeling like this. Could i be pregnant even if i had my period. Is it to early to take a test.

my breast hurts for a week before my period starts.. i know my period will start by checking the tenderness of my breasts, and if it stops hurting, i know the period will start very soon.. like within 2 days. However, my period is one or two days late now.. and today only ONE of my breast stoped hurting and the other one still hurts a lot.. is this also means that im going to start my period soon..? does anyone check their breast like me..? plz help me ladies..!!

I just had my daughter on 1/28/06 and have been exclusively breastfeeding her. My husband and I have been preventing, but one day, we didnt use protection. We didnt really worry since nursing suppresses ovulation anyway. But, 2 weeks later I got my first period (so I was ovulating when we had sex). However, since that period, I havent had another one. (that was over 5 weeks ago) and I am starting to have some food aversions. Could I possibly be pregnant? Or is that normal to be very irregular while nursing? Could i be pregnant even though I had a period? What are my chances?

I found out I was pregnant last week using 3 (yes, 3) home pregnancy tests. I made an appoinment with my PCP who did nothing except measure my blood pressure and test my urine to make sure I was pregnant....According to my dates, I am in my 6th week of pregnancy. I booked an appointment with the nurse practicioner at the OBGYN. They won't see me until I am 8 weeks, my first appointment with the doctor is when I am 10 weeks. I am a little concerned as I suffered a miscarriage 10 years ago before I moved Stateside. I am new at the OBGYN and they just sent me some forms to fill out and bring with me to my appointment. Is this normal? Shouldn't someone be monitoring my HcG levels from early on? Will I have an ultrasound to confirm the baby's heartbat when I see the nurse? I have some preggo symptoms - sore boobs (though this seems to be easing a little), occasional cramping (also easing from week 5-6),I am thirsty, can't stop yawning, but that is about it... anybody have any advice for me?

O.k....last week i had a period..and it was normal..and lasted 5 full days..a week later..i started bleeding for like a day and a half..what does that mean?...it was not like a pms bleeding..only bled..when i stood up...could that be a sign..or whats wrong with me?

I had my first dr. appt today. I will have the blood test results tommorow. The doctor did a pap smear, and also did a pelvic and uterus exam. He said the uterus was the right size, and gave me a good report on that exam. However, because of the spotting I have been doing the past 3 days, he did a transvaginal ultrasound and I was able to see the sack and all that. I was told that everything was in its correct place, and that it looked great! It was too early to see the baby yet though. The ultrasound showed I am 4 weeks 3 days along, and my EDD is February 15, 2007. She also said that she saw the fluid which was the blood, and she said there wasn't much at all, and it was not anywhere near the sac / baby. She also said she thought the bleeding might be unrelated but not 100% sure. However, she said she said everything looked great with the sack etc, and that she and the doctor thought the bleeding would resolve itself. Please read the added information before answering! Thanks.

i just found out i was pregnant about a week ago..they said i was almost six weeks along but i wont get to the doctor until twelve weeks along..is it ok to have menstral cramps...i am not bleedint or spotting just aching every now and then is everything ok?

I woke up this morning feeling pretty good. At least sleep wise, but I didnt feel like eating at all. My stomach has been sick all day and Im just not hungry. I usually dont have this problem. Im having light cramps off and on... and of course my stomach is tightening.. but Im not really in pain. I just feel like crap. Is this part of labor or am I just getting sick?

Oh and Im due tomorrow. :)

I am on a birth control pill, but it is low-dose. I missed five pills from the pack before (2 in a row, and then three more sporadically), and I missed one pill last Wednesday. At that time, I was exactly 14 days away from my period. After missing the pill, I had unprotected sex with my husband. A couple hours later, I could feel myself ovulating.

(Side note: I am fairly regular and come from a line of fertile women. I have been able to feel myself ovulating from the time my period started until I got on birth control-- it's like a dull ache.)

I know that usually missing one pill doesn't mean an instant pregnancy but I am concerned because I could feel myself ovulating. I have another week and a half or so before I can take the test without running the risk of a false negative, but I figured I'd weigh in with you guys and ease some of the anxiety.

I went to the hospital and they took pictures of my baby and they said it was going to be a girl then they saw a thing where the vagina is supposed to be and like I don't think it sa boy and I don't know what it is the doctors don't even know do you think it's a boy??? I am 8 months pregnant and I already bought a lot of girl stuff and now it 's a boy maybe!!!!!

Did anyone have like little "signs" telling them that they were pregnant. Or feel different and come to find out you were pregnant before you test. Like maybe a week or two after concieving. (after the egg was fertilized) before testing time?
