Did anyone have like little "signs" telling them that they were pregnant. Or feel different and come to find out you were pregnant before you test. Like maybe a week or two after concieving. (after the egg was fertilized) before testing time?

Here is what the nurse told me and I ma on my first pregnancy I ma 8 months pregnant!! Good Luck on your pregnancy!!!

How do you know that you are pregnant? Some women swear that they feel something—an emotional or physical sign—that tells them conception has occurred before they even miss a period. Others are oblivious until they throw up a few times or even until they feel the baby move. And then there are the stories you hear of unsuspecting women delivering full-term babies—which always makes me quote the expression: “Denial ain’t just a river in Africa.”

For most moms-to-be, the first signs of a baby on board are sore breasts and a late period. Other common early pregnancy experiences include:

Abnormal period

Breast soreness

Change in appetite

Constipation

Difficulty concentrating

Fatigue

Feeling totally normal

Frequent urination

Lightheadedness

Mild cramps

Mood swings and being overly emotional

Nausea or vomiting

Sensitivity to odors
If you think you might be pregnant, a home pregnancy test will give you the answer.

So how do you choose from the overwhelming number of tests on the drugstore shelf? Lucky for us, Consumer Reports recently analyzed pregnancy test kits. They found that all home pregnancy tests were easy to use. First Response, Answer Quick & Simple, and ClearBlue Easy all produced result lines that were more intense than the others, making them the easiest to read.

A timing hint: If you wait for ten minutes before reading the result (instead of the recommended one to five minutes) tests turn positive a few days earlier. Don’t wait longer than ten minutes though. After ten minutes some negative tests start to look faintly positive. (For an interesting cautionary tale about false readings, check out what Meg has to say on her terrific website, peeonastick.com.)

If your test is negative and you still think you might be pregnant, repeat the test in a week—maybe you conceived a bit later than you thought. If you are not pregnant but still missing your periods or having odd symptoms, your doctor or midwife can help you determine the cause.

i knew i was pregnant even before testing..but still i was not 100% sure bcoz i also thought it was menstrual signs/symptoms..but when i didnt get my period[it`s usually on the last weeks of the month]and it was already 1st week of the next month,i considerd myself pregnant even without testing yet! i felt something strange because it really feels like ur gonna be having ur period, tender breast,a little cramps, headache, but one thing that makes it really different is the tirediness..i feel soo lazy that i cant even put on my make up,i dont want to take a bath,i even feel tired choosing what clothes ill wear[and thats just not me]..
and then about 1 and half weeks later,i bought the home preg test and the result is what ive expected..
ull simply know..

I had no idea! I thought I was four days late, took a test, saw positive sign, and checked the calendar. I then realized that I was actually ten days late and in fact pregnant. I have heard of some women feeling that way though.

I did with both of mine. With the first one, I knew I was ovulating, we had sex, and I just felt pregnant. (It was probably more a case of wishful thinking on my part.) With the second one, we decided we wanted to have another baby, but I wasn't ovulating that week (or so I thought) but we had sex anyway. hee hee About a week later, my husband and I decided we should wait a while...we still had an infant to raise (he was 6 mos. at the time) and needed to be more financially ready to take care of two kids. Well, lo and behold...I guess I really was ovulating that week. Apparently I ovulate earlier in my cycle. So anyway, with the second one, about a week before my period was due, I didn't feel anything...no cramps, no bloating, no crabbiness, nada. I knew then that I was pregnant.

I did not feel it. I didn't even take it into consideration. I thought I was dying I was so sick. But as soon as I heard those little words "you're pregnant" all of the signs added up and I even felt a little better knowing I wasn't dying!

With my son and this pregnancy (I'm 13 weeks) my husband told 2 weeks after conception that I was pregnant. Apparently when you become pregnant, things "down there" taste different, a little more bitter. Have your man do a taste test.

well I'm on my 3rd pregnancy and i dont think i knew as soon as a week or two after conceiving, but maybe about 4 weeks after... i get real nauseous, really sleepy, dizzy, and worst of all this EXTREME hunger that can't be put off because if it is you'll vomit and even after you eat and your no longer hungry you still vomit....I've had all of these signs every pregnancy b4 and after i had taken the test......but everybody is different

Well, when I didn't used protection and the sperm touched me I knew without a doubt with my first child. My second I had no clue, but my third I knew and I never took a test.
