I don't get the impression that most women feel the pregnancy that soon. I am one of the rare ones that the first time I got pregnant (and was not trying) that I felt literally like I was dying the following morning with nausea. I had 2 more unexpected pregnancies with my husband and exactly the same symptoms...the morning after felt terrible but this time realized what it was. So probably you will have to wait the normal time for drug store tests or go to doc for blood test that can tell a little sooner. Good luck if that is what you are hoping.

at the very earliest you might have some nausea or your breasts might hurt, but one week is probably too early to tell. Some women never get any of the normal pregnancy symptoms, and often a woman can make herself believe she has these signs, without ever being pregnant. However, some women claim to know they are pregnant from the day they conceive. Best of Luck to you.... buy an home pregnancy test like first response, which will allow you to test five days earlier.

sorry sweetie there aren't any because the hormones have not been released by the endocrine system that the egg has been fertilized or not the closest time that I know of and this is coming from an LVN that it at least 3 weeks and then you will become sick in the morning usually but sometimes in the after noons but mainly in the morning right when you get up in the morning you'll have to run to the porcelain god at a fast pace as not to make a mess on the floor hope this helps you out but you really should consult a doctor in any case

Nothing at all. One week actually when referring to pregnancy means that it is that is the week of your period and you probably just stopped bleeding if you menstruate for 5 day or less. You usually ovulate mid cycle so on 28 day period 14th day. But when you go to the ob/gyn they always ask you what is the first day of last period because if you are pregnant that is where they begin counting . You can not to a pregnancy test until you miss your period some test say you can test like 3 days before your period

you would only know you are pregnant that soon by having a blood test done.
A blood test will show you are pregnant 6 days after conception and is 100% accurate and true cause blood don't lie!!!!
I have seen on the net but don't know if it is true but at this one website you can buy pregnancy tests that will show you are pregnant 6-8 days after conception at http://www.pregnancytests.com
Good luck
