Your breasts will get larger during pregnancy (for some women, they get quite large like mine did with my first pregnancy) and for other women, they only get slightly larger (like mine did with my second pregnancy). They will get huge after your milk comes in, when your baby is born. As long as you continue to breast feed, they'll stay large. After you finish breast feeding, or if you decide not to, they will get smaller, and possibly even "saggy" if you will. Once again, not all women are the same, and the only way to find out for sure is to wait and see.

I think its very individual but mine did get smaller after I stopped breastfeeding but i think they are the same size as they were pre-pregnancy. You also have to remember that the size change might also be due to the fact that most women tend to lose some weight (hopefully :)) in the first few months after giving birth and we all know that your breasts are the first place that fat comes off :)

Sometimes they do get smaller. I know that mine got smaller after I stopped breast feeding, but some women's breast stay about the same size.

it really depends on genetics look at what happened to your mother. they will however sag a bit due to the stretching of the skin when you are producing milk. the milk ducts fill making your breast tissue heavy therefore gravity takes hold moving them in a downward fashion. my mother had 4 kids and each time they got bigger, finally to the point where she had to have reduction surgery to prevent back problems. i am hoping that i will not follow in her footsteps, but one never knows.

well it all depends. before i ever had kids i was a 34-36C and four
kids later now im in the dd category.

mine got smaller. and the shape changes a whole lot... hated it ..

I got bigger and stayed bigger. It depends a lot on genetics.

sometimes. depends on the person. mine stayed bigger, my friends got smaller. you just don't know.
