I don't know of any blogs, but there are some great informational sites. I liked pregnancy.about.com You can find information about your pregnancy each week complete with ultrasound pictures. Babycenter.com is great too.

you should start your own blog. a good place to start searching for a pregnancy related blog site might be babycenter.com. i really like that site. i'm 9 weeks pregnant with my 1st. its been very informative for me.
