How much does an average size convertible crib that changes into toddler bed, a day bed, and a full size bed?

How much does an average size dresser that is used as a changing table cost?

Were talking wood here and heavy, and not those small cribs either.

I want to get an idea of how much I should spend. How much did yours cost?

Its Italian wood and really sturdy, very beautiful too. Same one at babies r us is $400+ just for the crib. Its a good deal!

The problem is my husband isnt sure he wants to buy it since his mother or grandmother might want to buy us a crib set. But I don't see why I should ask them to spen $600 on a crib set when I can buy it for less.

Maybe we can buy it and allow them to buy us stuff like the highchair, glider with ottoman and maybe suggest paying for swimming lessons if they really want to buy something.

I feel bad having people waste money on us!

I am 10 weeks pregnant and I can already feel the baby move. My stomach looks like I am about 6 months. I am the next in my family to have twins and so is my fiancee. He is a really big man! He's 6'4 and 275. My friend is also pregnant and her baby moved early and it was confirmed by a doctor that it was for sure the baby moving. I haven't been to the doctor yet. Is it normal for the baby to be moving this early and if so does this mean that I could be having twins? It seems like there is two different babies kicking at the same time. Anything at all would help.

I am not sure if I am having contractions or what since Friday I have experience lower back pains and the baby is moving strangley as if it is ready to come out . I can't sleep at night and I am not sure if this is contractions or just a normal feeling I will be 8 months pregnant july 1 is it possible I am getting ready to have the baby early due date august 31 2006

I'm only 8 wks pregnant but getting more in shape and staying in shape is a big goal of mine. Does anyone have any suggestions as to a good way to stay in shape? I do toning exercises for my arms and legs and I walk where I can. I'm just wondering if anyone has any really good ideas about how to stay in shape while pregnant. Serious answers only please. My boyfriend has friends that are girls. Which is ok with me. But he's kinda close with one of them. They text each other alot and he tells her what we argue about. She hangs out with us when we go out and he gets mad when I check his phone. I feel that since I am with him now they should cut back a little on the texting and calling. Am I wrong?

At five months pregnant the doc. saw a coroid plexis cyst on my unborn son's brain...this is apparently very common. He sent us to a specialist who said dont worry there are no pysical markers of defect, get an ultrasound at 7 months. So last week we had an ultrasound done and my normal doctor (who i wish i would have changed sooner...nutjob!) said he is fine...as far as we can tell... as far as we call tell? what does that mean?! I looked at the 3d printouts and his fingers are all crossed and jumbled. but everything else is perfectly clear. The specialist we saw said that overlapped fingers is not good. So i asked my normal doc, who said well...we cant really be sure..but he looks fine to me. now im 7.5 wks preg and so worried, im so scared. I guess my question is does the doctor HAVE to tell you if he suspects something? By law is he obligated? It doesnt look normal to me so he should notice something wrong right? Maybe im freaking cuz he is my first child? Help! answer, advice?

Hi. I am due days late period wise. There is no sign of it what so ever. But i have got creamy discharge which is unusual for me at this late in my cycle. Ok I think I may be pregnant. I drink plenty of water everyday. I do drink one coffee and two diet pepsi everyday. Now that I may be pregnant I want to cut out the caffeine. I do not like juice and I will drink only enough milk to keep the baby healthy. So other then water what can I drink??

Ok so im 26 weeks into my pregnancy and i work in an enviroment where physical labour is necessary. I'm considering going on maternity leave early because my doctor gave me a list of things that i should NOT be doing at work. at i seem to be doing most of them, so i'm at risk for pre-term labour.

I dont want anything bad to happen to the baby so next week at my doc's appointment im asking if I should be going on maternity leave early.

does anyone think that by doing this i'm being lazy or just not want to work?

I'm a supervisor at my job and the other supervisors only want me to stay longer for their own benefits.
