Almost certainly not, BUT - you asked because you were worried about it happening. It's time to take a step back from what's been going on.
You see how things go further and further? Well there's not much further that you can go now without it being something you might regret.
Remember when you would just kiss and make out? You liked that almost as much as anything. Go back to those times!
The person doing the ejaculating, he doesn't need to be doing it "near" the girl. He probably does plenty of ejaculating on his own, whether admitted or not. No need to involve a sweet girl that's worried about getting pregnant, and how that would destroy her life, etc. PS if you're religious, talk to your Bishop.

That would be some amazing sperm. If you are worried about pregancy so much, maybe you are going too far with this boy. Slow down, and enjoy being young. There is a reason sex is for grown-ups. It comes with alot of worries and responsibilities. You cannot get pregnant without penetration, especially through 3 layers of clothing.

absolutely.
semen is highly penetrating in its own right. They will swim through several layers of fabric and in some instances have been known to squeeze through the closely aligned latex molecules in a condom (that's how I became conceived).
what you will need to do is drink at least 8 glasses of cranberry juice for the next day or two, three to be safe. Immediately drink a quart of sea salt water (2 tsp for each quart) this will flush any remaining semen from your system.
Jog in place several times a day (10 minute intervals) with your arms above your head. this will help to expel semen that may have gotten further into the vagina.
AT ALL COSTS DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO SEXUAL STIMULATION FOR 72 HOURS. 95% of the time this does the trick.

While this situation is possible it is highly unlikely. Generally speaking people do not usually get pregnant without penetration. It is theoretically possible for sperm to travel through clothing and all the way to your fallopian tubes but it is very unlikely and I have never even heard of a doctor who has actually encountered this. Reasonably speaking, you have no reason to worry about this.
