Does anyone know what the stages of pregnancy are? I want to know whats going on with my body from the beggining before the sperm even meets the egg. I am going to buy some books after work, but I just wanted some feed back now if possible.

;)

Check out the week-by-week section of www.babyzone.com, that's what I use.

ovulation, conception (otherwise known as fertilization), implantation (when the fertiliaed egg actually implants itself into the uterus), the baby starts these stages as a zygote, then becomes a embryo, and lastly becoming a fetus before birth. There are three trimesters in pregnancy. They are divided into three month intervals. You will have your morning sickness, frequnet urination, mood swings, sore breasts, etc. starting in the first trimester. During the second, you will start to "show" and the morning sickness goes away in MOST women. This trimester is the one you will feel your best in. The last trimester is when the baby puts on the most weight. You will feel irritable, bloated, happy, and fearful....lol....lots of hormones all at once!!! Its also the most impatient time of your life, especially the last 4 weeks. Good luck. If you need any more info email me at my screen name at yahoo.

Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting". It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!

maximum women persons won't experience the toddler circulate till sometime into the 2d trimester, often between 14-22 weeks of being pregnant. First time mothers might take longer to experience it, because of the fact they could not recognize the sensation they are feeling as being the toddler shifting. Your abdomen shouldn't experience diverse to an interloper for various weeks, and while would be counted slightly on how "fluffy" you're...it would desire to be greater important on a thinner woman quicker, because of the fact the uterus grows and expands. your friends might have placed their arms on your abdomen greater in a reflexive reaction, because it kind of feels that a lot of human beings opt to "rub the tummy" of pregnant women persons. A observe of advice from a mom who has been there 5 cases...in case you do unlike human beings touching or rubbing your abdomen once you're pregnant, don't experience undesirable approximately permitting them to comprehend it makes you uncomfortable...and that this is by no ability okay to do it without asking first! good success to you! I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and without fail each week I type in my search engine "week ?? of pregnancy" (fill in blank) and it pops up all the sites and their opinions of what is going on with you and your baby and what to expect. Some sites even give advice for the dads. I chose to go to many different sites as each one varies slightly. Congratulations!!!
