well, seeing your regular in cycle it's 14 days from the day your cycle starts try having intercourse 4 days and two day before the fourteenth day arrives it will give time for it to work it's magic .you don't want to do it a lot because it will take away the potency's of the sperm so in two day intervals 4 the 2 good luck

you are a perfect cycle for the rhythm method, on a 28 day cycle you will ovulate 14-15 days after you start your period, so two days before and two days after this magical day are the best for play if you wish to conceive. if you want further info, just type in rhythm method below and search the web, it can explain about other things to watch for to know when you are ovulating, good luck to you.

You're lucky you have an easy one. You will ovulate mid-way through your cycle which is day 14.

I used an ovulation predictor calendar online. Baby center has one. You can also take over the counter ovulation tests.

The opposite of the week you'll start. Two weeks before and two weeks after you start.
