My 3 and a half month old son has started throwing temper tantrums. The newest thing is the temper tantrum when he goes down for a a nap. If his diaper is clean (I go in and check) I'll let him cry it out if he doesn't take his binky. Is it okay to let him cry it out this early?

--- AND ---

He also has started thumping my breast with his fist while breast feeding if he's upset at something. (Also kicks the wooden rocker with his feet) I've not figured out what is making him so upset, if anything at all. I thought my MER might be too strong. I've tried leaning back and expressing milk beforehand. What should I do? He does this so hard that it leaves red marks and is sore until the next day.

When my fiance and I talk about having children (in the future) I wonder, "how will we ever know when we are financially in good shape to start havin' some puppies?" He replies, "We won't ever know, we just have to do it." What do you think about that?

i took my daughter to the doctor yesterday cuz it was around her eye and on her shoulders. small red bumps. and this morning when i undressed her and changed her diaper, i realized it had spread to her chest, tummy, back, feet and diaper area.
so i took her to the doctor again this morning. and asked if there was anything i could put on her to make it better or wat causes it. and the doctor said, there is nothing you can do. it will go away on its own in about a week!
she also said that it will get worse before it gets better and she said that my daughter probably got it from something in the air... i really think this is all nonsense.

is there such thing as a Viral Rash? and has anyone's children ever had this??

At night after a feeding, and even sometimes during the day my 4 month old wakes up unable to breathe! I pick her up and milk starts spouting out of her nose and mouth and only then is she able to breathe.

At first I thought it was gas, and I have switched her formula. She is even breastfed as well.

Anyone have any ideas as to what this could be? I'm scared to death. I have to keep her sleeping in my bed and not her crib because she could easily asphixiate during sleep.

For snacks he can eat fruitloops, apple jacks, gold fish crackers and so on... should he be getting adult foods now. And if so, how to presude in laws not to feed him baby food.
(mother and father inlaw believe he should eat babyfood all he wants and to have a bottle when he wants.) My wife and i are trying to stand our ground with the bottle but we can't get them to stop buying and giving him baby food. Any suggestions would help...DO NOT CRITIZE PLEASE...WE DON'T NEED THAT!!!!

I've tried the different nipples the air vented ones, those compared to the mom's nipples even the AVENT product for her. she didn't take the pacifier either from evenflo (air vented) breast milk in the bottle wasn't accepted either. i tried everything suggested. The little food that she does take in together with water (she likes water on a good day) and breastfeeding i may have to settle into. That's why i'm now wondering if her weight is okay for her age being that her birthweight was 3.5 kg.

It seems like she's having less of them, the older she gets. Urinating pretty often though. Is this normal? She eats well and also gains enough.

Thanks.

After feeding my baby she is really sick. She projects it a couple of feet & it comes out of her nose. It's mostly in the morning after I've had my breakfast (cereal with milk & a banana) so i stopped eating bananas & drinking milk, but she is still sick, the midwife & health visitor have no cause for concern & said just to feed her as normal. She is gaining weight & appears healthy, I'm just concerned because it's not normal baby "cough up" sick. & she continues to be sick up to an hour after feeding. She is never sick during her night feeds which makes me think it's something i'm eating. Please help!!!!
