anything that involves being smart he is ahead in, but anything that involves being strong he is behind in. he is 9 months old and he just started rolling over, he has a hard time sitting alone, he doesn't push up on his arms when he is on his tummy. i was wondering if anyone else had similar experience and what they did to help thier little one develop better.

my son was born feb 3, 2006, he is now 4 months old and my mom died suddenly jan 29, 2006..just 5 days before he was born. she was only 64. she had a lot of health problem with her back and high blood pressure but the main reason, she died was smoking. She went into surgery to have her intenstines removed and she came out of surgery on life support, all cause of smoking is why her body could not handle the surgery. (please quit if you are smoking) My question is do you think my mom can see her new grandson?? and when i go up to the grave, does she really know i'm there?? to me, i do not think so. I lived with her for several years when i was an adult and she helped raise my now 8 year old daughter who she was extremely close too

I used to breast feed her while lying on bed since she was 2 months, and she used to go to sleep easily.....but this has made her habitual of breast feed whenever she wants to go to sleep.....I am at my wits end trying to stop her from breast feeding since she is now throwing tantrums more and more and sometimes even biting the nipple while sucking (now she has grown many teeth).

We have a newborn baby and she is one week old. She normally eats LactoFree Formula every 3 hours. Her feeding is normally between 80-90cc. However, these past two nights, she eats 80 cc EVERY 2 hours. We were wondering if this is normal behavior or are we overfeeding her or not feeding her enough? Her feedings during the day are every 3 hours. It's only at night that we're starting to see this problem. Any help or advise is greatly appreciated.

Thank You!

Can someone please help me? I want to breastfeed but I have to go back to work when my daughter is 6 weeks old. I am in the Army and I don't know if i will have time to pump or feed her during the day. Aren't I at risk for my milk to dry up. Im also a single mom with no support system stuck in Germany. Im so confused.

This was my second daughter and she got caught on my pelvic bone during labor. I had an ultrasound five days before and they estimated the weight at 8.5 pounds. My doctor finally induced me ( i was 11 days late by then). Well, she was TEN pounds, and got caught. I feel like he should have taken me sooner, and this might have been preventable. My daughter now has perminate nerve damage to her shoulder.

He is barely rolling over, not sitting up, just does not seem right. I have said things to my sister and she says he is lazy. I am really concerned about him. I have a 9 month old and he was doing alot more than him when he was 5 months old. I know every child is different, but isn't he behind
