Pregnancy & Parenting - 28 June 2006

my adbomen is really sore at the bottom, by my pubic bone. Why is this? Also when I pee.?
I have also been measuring my belly becuase Im tryna lose weight, but i hvae not only gained 11 pounds, and an inch and half on my waist. I went to the doctors, They gave me a urine test and a plevic exam, but found nothing. What could it be? I dont usually gain weight like that- even though I am over wieght. DO you think the doctor missed something, and i could possibly be pregnant, or could it be fibroids or something? If i were pregnant It would be prb like 14 weeks. ISnt it too late not to know?

my guy and i have already planned this out ... if i get pregnant in july i can give birth to my baby in april right befor my senior prom. but i am a varsity cheerleader and i have alot going for me... should i wait until i am about 20 to do this or do you think i can handle it????

Childcare programs seem to be only for single parents. I'm married, working paying all my bills, rent, utilities etc,doing everything right but my wife and I we get turned down for any type of assistance. It's almost like we're beeing punished for beeing married. She wants to go to school and work, but with the price of daycare, I probably would need to take another job, or my wife's earnings if she get a job would barely pay for the day care, then what would be the point If she's already taking care of our daughter at home. Any suggestions? I'm not looking for handouts, just some help. My wife is even considering divorce or separation because that would qualify us for some help. That can't be right. There has to be something for us out there. Please, any suggestions?

What do you think sharp pains in the stomache mean? I have been getting them lately, just out of no where. Also, this morning, I ran for like 1 minute to catch my train and afterwards I felt so sick like I was going to throw up. I also have been having a little heartburn when I eat just about anything. I was eating a PB&J sandwich yesterday and got it. What do you think this is?

Well me and my husband were trying to have a baby for months, kinda lost that after trying for so long and nothing happening. I dont' feel sick to my stomache when I eat something, so that's a good sign.

I have a nephew that is 1 and he is with me mon-fri from 12Pm to 11pm at night. so basicly he is with me all day almost every day. He is so bad and uncontrolable he only listens to me half of the time. I tried sitting him down to watch cartoons, playing toys with him and reading to him. He is just so bad and im about to give up on baby sitting for my sister. Someone with experience give me some advice please??

I am thinking of purchasing a monitor from my sister as she is already pregnant. But we were unsure on how to reset it to record my cycle and not get me mixed up with what she had stored in it. The father of my 10 day old baby left me in December, for "problems" we were having. Nothing to run from though. He would talk to me like once every 2 months the whole time i was pregnant. Me and him started to talk again about a month before the baby was due. On Fathers Day, i went into labor. My water broke at church and i called him immediately. He said he would be at the hospital in a little bit---he never showed up. I was in the hospital till Tuesday and he never came or CALLED. He didnt even sign the birth cert. He says that he didnt think the babywas his and he didnt want to be around my family. This past weekend we spent together, he now wants to marry me, put us on his insurance, and move back in together. He will look at his baby boy and tears will fill up his eyes. Is this all a lie again? What do i do? Can a baby actually change a man just like that??

I'm due in January, which is still some time away. But I know that I won't be able to stay at home with my baby after childbirth. I'll have a regular materninty leave and then return to work. I live away from my family and my husband's family. I've always hated the idea of daycares or babysitters. I thought when I had my first, I'd stay home until he or she started pre-school. Its really upsetting me. Any suggestions on how to handle this.

I didnt tear or have to have stitches, the outside of my vagina feels fine. Im just afraid of what it could feel like getting it in. Do you know? Could something happen. I had the shot before i left so not worried about getting pregnant. Thanks
