And no answers just poking fun at them, there will be plenty of time for that after they spew out their attempts!!

I'm totally open to rational responses, as to what happened to the administration's Syria policy since March, when Nancy Pelosi was absolutely TORN TO SHREDS over her visit to Syria:

Dana Perino, March 30th: "This is a country that is a state sponsor of terror, one that is trying to disrupt the (Prime Minister Fouad) Siniora government in Lebanon and one that is allowing foreign fighters to flow through its borders to Iraq."

and

"We think that someone should take a step back and think about the message that [the visit] sends...to our allies."

And a few months later, the White House has now invited Syria to United States soil, to take part in an international conference?

Do you believe that the gun bans in cities like Chicago and DC work? If so, shouldn't you feel safe walking through the city at night knowing you can't get shot cause guns are illegal? Or, will criminals always have guns and all the gun ban does is prevent the law abiding citizen from having them?

When in fact big business is shoveling more money than ever into Democratic political campaigns.

Democrats are benefiting more than Republicans from the surge in big business donations, with 57 percent of giving from typical big business donors going to Democrats.

Seems kind of hypocritical of Liberals.

What say you?

Were not Middle East tribes minding their own business prior to these incursions?

2007-11-27 12:16:43 · 5 answers · asked by Chi Guy 5

There are two main claims to Jerusalem:

1. Israel. The Jewish people of Israel claim it was given to Abraham by God, therefore it is a God-granted land and always will be.

2. Arab people claim they came across Jerusalem during Islamic conquest of the Middle-East and found it deserted. They've lived there for centuries, therefore they think it should be their's.

Currently, Jerusalem is home to historical and religious buildings for both sides dating back hundreds of years. People from both ethnicities currently occupy, neither budging to move. It is a Christianity and Islamic holy site. Both Israel and Palestine claim it as a part of their nation; both want it as a capital. Neither will budge off of claiming the entire city for it's own. So, how should this problem be solved? Who has the right to claim the city (Jews or Muslims? Israel or Palestine?)?

Please, serious answers only. Let's try to keep this as civil as possible. Also, let me know where you're from. Thanks!

Bubba Clinton recently said that Hillary can bring America back to the future.

How exactly does one bring something back to the future, when the future hasn't happened yet?

The ACLU defends the Constitutional rights of ALL Americans, including the KKK, churches, homophobes, etc. We libs hate to see the Klan being protected by them, but we understand that the Constitution protects them, too. Does conservative hatred for gays, blacks, women, nonChristians, etc. exceed their support for our Constitution?

First of all I'm going to assume that you actually believe this and aren't just trying to slime them because they have differing views...anyway if this is the case, then how do you explain things like:

Concern about increased terrorism resulting from our invasion of Iraq

Concern about increased terrorism resulting from being distracted from Afghanistan

The destruction of a CIA operation (if you've never heard of Brewster Jennings then look it up) devoted to tracking WMD's from Iran

The attempted sale of our ports to an Islamic country with known terrorist ties

Bush's extremely close relationship with the Saudis (who produced 14 of 15 9/11 hijackers and just today released 1,500 al Qaeda prisoners http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,313063,00.html)

In your view of reality, why aren't liberals cheering all of these things? With so many "truly liberal" issues to criticize Bush on, shouldn't liberals be keeping quiet about things that further the goal of US destruction?

Looks like America is recognizing success in Iraq. What is this going to do to Democrats come election time?

P.S. Check out the title of the article. Just another example of liberal bias. An entire article discussing the success of the military, but the headline is about Americans wanting us out of Iraq. Pretty funny.

At least Wikipedia has the goal of neutrality. And it documents its sources with links to the actual source. So I would say the Wikimedia foundation, and more specifically Wikipedia, has more credibility.

And before anybody pulls up who watches what more, keep in mind the question is credibility. Which is not based on how man times somebody watches it.

The obvious answer would be Guiliani because he's a Republican...

But Guiliani also is a two time divorcee, committed adultery, is pro-choice, has donated to Planned Parenthood for years, had a NYC program that payed for poor women to have abortions, has marched and DRESSED in gay pride parades, and has children that do not talk to him anymore. He was cheating on their mother while still married.

Are socially conservatives going to swallow their pride for someone who intentionally (((went out of his way))) to "kill babies"?
