Free health care, four day work weeks. I just can't see why they riot in the street. Don't the french know how good they got it there???
Oh I forgot they give up over 50% of their pay check to pay for it. High taxes have chased industrial jobs out of France, and there is no jobs for their people. Hence 50% unemployment in some areas of France.
Sadly (to answer your question), Yes if unchecked the left wing of American politics want the US to be like France. Remember this when you vote for any member of the left.

Muslims have a lot to do with these riots in France? The government needs to screen who they admit, as well as send trouble causing immigrants back to their home land. And Sharia law or Islamic values should never, ever be integrated into Western culture or the European or North American legal systems. Radical Islam is a violent, intolerant religion that rears its ugly head once again in the Paris rioting.

Absolutely! Americans will not accept anything less than Freedom.
If the S-P(secular progressive) movement has it's way and marches us into Socialism there will be civil unrest in American streets as well.

Rioting is a good sign of a strong democracy actually. The people have a say there where as the US government ignores its own.
Americans have more to riot about....
