Veterans make up one in four homeless people in the United States, though they are only 11 percent of the general adult population, according to a report to be released Thursday.

so many cons/republicans as of late are being suspended by Yahoo?

It's highly doubtful that they all turned each other in for poor behavior.

Is it possible for people to debate issues without losing their cool and blatantly turning others in for abuse if they simply don't agree?

One would have to surmise that sooner or later Yahoo will get to the bottom of people falsely accusing other users by turning them in...

Or it could be like it was 6-8 years ago when Yahoo controlled ("claimed") to try to stop floods of porn hitting the chat rooms but all the porn spam came directly from their own privately owned servers...

Or they could continue to deftly take more inappropriate actions all over again.

Hmmm... Funny how this all works. lol

Guliani's platform primarily is contrary to what Pat Robertson has espoused. Guliani is Pro-Choice and supports gay marriage. This is a blatant admission that Pat Robertson is more political than he is a conservative christian. How say you?

A while back as a joke, I filled out one of those cards you see in stores, The card was to register for a chance to win a trip. I was waiting for my wife and just filled out the card with my dogs name just for laughs. Well, yesterday I received a letter thanking my dog for his campaign contribution. Should I turn this into the authorities, Obviously This is clearly fraud.

Which do you fear more? One, evil that terrorists have and plan to carry out against the United States, their own or who ever it takes? Or, two, the evil the US leaders of authority have and plan to carry out against Iraq, their own or who ever it takes?

Why not get rid of the IRS, Federal Reserve and vote for someone who's own life and record dictate how much integrity he has?

First , take 5 or 10 seconds to click on this and read it .

That 'question' has been reported by several people . Some that I know and others that even said so in their answers . Over a week and it's still up there , even after fitting Yahoo's new reporting quota of two or more reports .
So why is that one still there , while clearly responsible users have been not just violated , but all the way to suspension ?
Note also that it was insulting to the President and Vice President .
But also note that the user also insulted other users by calling them 'little idiots' .

So how can questions like that stay , while entire accounts are destroyed for others when nearly none of us can say that Suthrnlyts etc , did even one thing inappropriate ?

1-They are reactionaries who call themselves "conservatives" to smuggle their hate past the mainstream.

2-They are basically holdouts from the Inqusitionists, slave owners and segragationalists of social conservativism's atrocious past.

3-The feel tough hating the poor and those who want to bring peace to humanity as a way to overcompensate for their own self-loathing.

4-All of the above.

words of wisdom finally coming true???????
the economy is faltering in a huge way.
the world is giving us a cold shoulder at best....
many countries wonder why we were stupid enough to have "w" as a president again...(obviously we were)
fuel prices have gone through the roof....
everything tied to fuel prices is going up dramatically since it has become more likely that a republican will NOT be the president after January 2009.and i think the opec countries and the bushies have a hand in the whole process because they won't be able to hose us when a half intelligent person and one who is not in the arabs pocket takes office.
or if it is a republican,it will be a forced republican.(ron paul)
all above is mere speculation on my part, but i'm over the idiot in the whitehouse at this point.

Last time I checked the Commander In Chief was the president. No one else can tell him how to run the war he started. This seems to me to be one of their more blatant and easily dismissed lines of BS. How 'bout you?

I did a cartoon on socialism:A system in which society, usually in the form of the government, owns and controls the means of production.
I drew a us flag with a finger pointing at an assembly line...would this be correct? The US had socialism at one point right?
