If he makes money from other things...such as supporting companies and having shares in oil or whatever...does he have to declare it?

The salary the president receives is $400,000 per year. He can not receive a salary or direct income from "supporting companies" or from shares held in his name. The president has to declare all income, both in an income tax filing and a financial declaration.

the President is not unlike any other citizen in the country,.....he makes four hundred thousand dollars per year being President of the United States,.....he also must declare any other income me makes on his income tax returns,.....

i think 400,00 a year.
but he's making millions,maybe billions in no bid contracts that will be paid after his term as president.
all the saudi's will send him monthly stipends for not nuking their country after 9/11.....
every country in the mideast should send him something.
he,ll maybe even be able to finally turn a profit in the oil business after all these years............

whatever it is... it isnt enough. Just look at all the national and international things they have to deal with, plus their own safety, their families safety and having to deal with people just spewing hateful things at them regularly.
