words of wisdom finally coming true???????
the economy is faltering in a huge way.
the world is giving us a cold shoulder at best....
many countries wonder why we were stupid enough to have "w" as a president again...(obviously we were)
fuel prices have gone through the roof....
everything tied to fuel prices is going up dramatically since it has become more likely that a republican will NOT be the president after January 2009.and i think the opec countries and the bushies have a hand in the whole process because they won't be able to hose us when a half intelligent person and one who is not in the arabs pocket takes office.
or if it is a republican,it will be a forced republican.(ron paul)
all above is mere speculation on my part, but i'm over the idiot in the whitehouse at this point.

The economy faltering has little to do with who is in the White House and a lot more to do with the subprime mortgage problem and its effect on the Fed. The lowering of interest rates has continued a precipitous plunge in the dollar, which is causing oil to climb to levels unsubstantiated by anything actually going on in the oil market.

Presidents should get very little credit or blame for economic conditions, unless they do something stupid like raise taxes.

George W Bush is the Titanic, the Hiroshima, the Nagasaki and the Hindenburg of the Republican party. This man has done more damage to his own party than the democrats could have done in a lifetime.

Here is how we should celebrate when this embarrasment to America and democracy finally slithers out of office:

It ought to be commemorated, as the Day of Deliverance by solemn Acts of Devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with Pomp and Parade, with Shows, Games, Sports, Guns, Bells, Bonfires and Illuminations from one End of this Continent to the other from this Time forward forever more.

There's an old saying that even a stopped clock is right twice a day.

Yes, if you spout every alarmist prediction you can think of for 7 years, some of them may come true.

call your congressperson. call John Conyers. Call Steny Hoyer. Call Nancy Pelosi.

Impeachment of Vice President Cheney is on the table. Tell them to pass it and send it to the Senate!

This is how we begin to right the ship of state.

yea.. it would take a liberal to care what losers think of us.... and then worry that we won't ever be liked if we keep winning and being the best at everything.... they want us to be losers like the rest of the third world.... typical.
