Last time I checked the Commander In Chief was the president. No one else can tell him how to run the war he started. This seems to me to be one of their more blatant and easily dismissed lines of BS. How 'bout you?

No BS - the truth be known, consider the very real ramifications in trying to win a war when the Senate leader publicly declares that the United States has lost the war - or his cronies propose initiatives for an immediate pull out - or, worse, give the enemy a set date for troop withdrawal.
Wars are not always won or lost on the battle field - a very real lesson we should have learned in Viet Nam.

I'd like to see one good true example of this presidents hands being tied by liberals.
He started this illegal war, his idea's screwed it up, and now they have no choice but to blame it on others.
Two weeks after the election, these stupid con's were complaining that Pelosi didn't stop the war, months before she took office, bitter because they lost the election.

I am not a fan of Bush nor his supporters but I do not remember him, any high level administration figure/congressman or a conservative pundit ever say or imply that liberals have tied his hands in Iraq.

And what is the excuse for the last four years that congress was also republican controlled? I think they call it personal responsibility, whatever that means?
