They didn't report on the war as much. Is it because they'll ruin their propagandic Conservative wrap? They have their viewers believing that this war is justified and that Bush is a great leader. Every American that's been paying attention to Bush knows that's not true.

May 10, 1996. A DC-9 traveling from Miami to Atlanta catches on fire. The plane nosedives into the Everglades (read: water) and disintegrates. Very few identifiable pieces of the airplane are recovered.

NOW, will you stop your nonsense?

War takes up less time on Fox News

NEW YORK - On a winter day when bomb blasts at an Iraqi university killed dozens and the United Nations estimated that 34,000 civilians in Iraq had died in 2006, MSNBC spent nearly nine minutes on the stories during the 1 p.m. hour. A CNN correspondent in Iraq did a three-minute report about the bombings.

Neither story merited a mention on Fox News Channel that hour.

That wasn't unusual. Fox spent half as much time covering the Iraq war than MSNBC during the first three months of the year, and considerably less than CNN, according to the Project for Excellence in Journalism.

The difference was more stark during daytime news hours than in prime-time opinion shows. The Iraq war occupied 20 percent of CNN's daytime news hole and 18 percent of MSNBC's. On Fox, the war was talked about only 6 percent of the time.

The independent think tank's report freshens a debate over whether ideology drives news agendas, and it comes at a delicate time for Fox. Top Democratic presidential candidates have refused to appear at debates sponsored by Fox. Liberals find attacking Fox is a way to fire up their base.

"It illustrates the danger of cheerleading for one particular point or another because they were obviously cheerleaders for the war," said Jon Klein, CNN U.S. president. "When the war went badly they had to dial back coverage because it didn't fit their preconceived story lines."

Fox wouldn't respond to repeated requests to make an executive available to talk about its war coverage.

So how to explain the divergent priorities? Different opinions on what is newsworthy? A business decision?

A mere coincidence?

I have taken some notes to see what is really 9/11, and came with some startling facts. The planes were only there to weakened the building for demolition because demolition was sceduled that day and started 1 hour before the crashes. Building 7 fell with no minor aircraft damage. Also the planes that hit the WTC had bombs on it. Don't believe me? look at these fact videos

To kill so many human beings, therefore the Holocaust was a 'hoax'?

Jews: 6 million in 3 years.

Rwanada, Tutsis, Hutuis and other ethnic groups: over 1 million in a few months.

And that was just with machettes.

They always do what's good for themselves first, even if it is not in the national interest. We've recently seen it with the Iraq war spending bill and now with the Gonzalez no-confidence vote. They KNOW by now that the Iraq war is a lost cause but refuse to admit it because they are afraid it will hurt them politically. And if they get a general who disagrees with their political agenda like Casey who opposed the troop surge, they simply replace him with a yes-man like Petraeus. Meantime, American soldiers continue to die in droves. Have the Republicans no conscience whatsoever? Do they only view public office as a means to profit politically and financially even if it costs American lives?

Bush will be gone in a few years. Harry Reid will likely be around for years to come.

How can Dems keep in a leadership position a person who is so totally disapproved of? Dems, does this give you faith in your own party? Don't Dems care what people think?

We all know that each state sends a specific number of electors to the Electoral College. But, the Constitution does not specify how a state must choose the electors. That decision is up to the legislature of each state.

Were you aware that you are not given the right to vote for President --- unless your own state's legislature specifically gives you that right?

Article II, Section 1

"Each state shall appoint, in such manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors, equal to the whole number of Senators and Representative..."

Am I the only one who thinks that phrase is one of the most tasteless and retarded pieces of propaganda ever used on the American public. It makes no sense whatsoever. You can't have a "war" against and idea. And even if you could have a war against terror would you really be using guns and cruise missiles? Call me crazy but if my family was blown into little bits of goo right before my eyes with no justification I think I would be more inclined to do something hostile back but again maybe I'm just a loose cannon.

Bush rebuked by 4th district court for holding a prisoner too long without trial or release. The Constitution guarantees a speedy trial. Since Bush and his Administration have shown contempt for the Constitution in the past is this just another example of that.
