just like the republicans to create jobs even when they are on the way out .So what if they only pay 8 dollars and hour .It goes in the jobs creation colum .The auto jobs we are lossing perminently go in the un-employment numbers .Even though a new plant is being built in mexico and going to employe mexicans it is not a jobs lost item .Because it created the new jobs of shipping the plants operations to mexico .8 dollar moving job 30 dollar manufacturing job .Lets get rid of the thirty dollar an hour job and hype the new service job we created .Remember do not list the people who do not go back to work as being un-employed list them as semi retired .

It's been a little while since this question has been asked. Personally, I feel that the main difference is in the philosophy of live and let live. Republicans would rather have the entire world conform to their ideology or be punished until they do, whereas Democrats seem more willing to accept people for who they are. This is exemplified on Yahoo answers by the vitrolic writings of those who are in support of weakening the constitution and creating a police state and who have absolutly no desire to even consider an alternative point of view. It used to be that the main difference was on social issues. In the times of our fathers the nation was united in defense of the constitution and the bill of rights. There are those whom I am sure will call me a liberal pansy and other names meant to disparage my opinion, however, it is just as valid as anyones. And therein lies the true difference. I can accept that others will have differing opinions, can you?

the situation is, me and another girl had an oportunity to get into our web design department we work in telesales right now as temps , she had the first training day today, mine was suppose to be tommorow. We sit by eachother and when the web design leader came to get her they were flirting together. A little while later I got an email saying that they will not need me to help out because she will be helping them for the next 2 weeks and then I heard her talking to people by me on her break saying they might hire her and she was bragging about the guy flirting with her. They didn't even give me a chance. Do you think they should have given me a chance first, is this fair. Do I have to flirt to get a position? What are your thoughts? Is this just a bunch of politics?

Republicans had 12 years and 6 really good ones to pass any kind of conservative laws they wanted .
Lets see what they did .
Ended abortion --NOT
Manditory death penelty in all states --NOT
Increase jobs for Americans and lower inflation .NOT
Just what have they done even for themselves except lower there own taxes and reduce inheratance taxes to insure another generation of incompitent fools like bush .SIlver spoon brats that use it for drugs and then one day say hey look i wanna be president .

I keep seeing answer about Gw & his military service.No he did not go to Viet Nam but yes he joined the Air National Guard & yes he did this for the same reason a lot of others did, to excape going to war.Some times it works, some times it didnt but at least he joined.What about those who went to Canada? Coulter is speaking at the USF.. Sun Dome today...One of the comments she has made in the past was stated That America should invade Muslims countires and attack their leaders and make them convert to Christianity.....This woman was paid 35,000 dollors to speak of a opinion that has no credit....I have no problem with Conservative speakers but i believe that they should really have some form of logic, and credit....she is a hysteria......she also bashed college schools for paying for liberal speakers to come and present topic yet she thinks it's okay for her to get paid to speak......What are your thoughts on this....What do the University of South Florida students think???

Why do Republicians believe in spreading democracy in a part of the world were a MAJORITY want fundamentalism and sharia (rule by islamic law). Iran's president (the guy wanting nukes) was democratically elected, while most of our moderate allies are non democratically elected.

If Lebanon, Egypt, Pakistan, etc, etc held democratic elections, the fundamentalists would win by a WIDE margin.
