One of the credo's of America's version of christianity is forgiveness.
I've met and read articles written by people who profess to be christian and so fart haven't read or spoke to any American "christian" who will forgive him.
This is a sincere quetion. If the woman that he sinned against is willing to forgive then why won't people that weren't remotely concerned forgive?
Is compassion controlled by politics and oil companies too?

Righties always boast that he has.

Id call Anthrax on capital hill, our mail system and media an attack

Id call those Greyhound Buses hijacked across the nation at knifepoint and crashed an attack even if the media hushed them up.

Id call the plane shot down over long island an attack.. hush hush, the people cant hear about that.

Id call the explosions at oil refineries in the u.s.a. that has been swept under the rug to avoid panic...attacks.

Id call the plane that was flown into the Bank of America Tower in Florida an attack. The guy left a note and said so for goodness sake.

Can anyone name any more?

What are they talking about?

My vote goes to Alan Colmes (Fox - Hannity and Colmes) He must have a heart like a lion to be able to endure a whole HOUR every night looking at and listening to Mr 'Solve Everything With Violence' Hannity. Wow! He's amazing! (Colmes, not Hannity.)
If I describe my thoughts on Mr. 'I don't like what you are saying, so time's up, goodbye' Hannity, I will surely be suspended from Yahoo Answers forever. (Some 'people' would like that, I'm sure.)

When are they going to understand lowering or repealing taxes, like the estate tax, benefits most everyone. The government doesn't need all that money to run (at least not if it runs efficiently). I don't see Democrats proposing tax cuts for the middle class only, so I wish they'd turn their criticism into something tangible or shut up.

Because I hear this as the justification, from intelligent Americans, for the US military actions post 9/11. They honestly believe that it was about stamping out those that perpetrated that act of terrorism.
How does this correlate with the fact that:
- 12 of the 14 hijackers were Saudi Arabians
- that US military personnel were already stationed outside of Afghanistan two days before 9/11 and plans were already drawn up for strikes
- that Saddam had nothing to do with it
- that Iraq had nothing to do with it
- that Afghanistan had nothing to do with it

Is the population of the entire Middle East seen now as the perpetrators for 9/11?

With the news on Fidel Castro's health, I wondered a few things: First, how and why did the revolution take place? And second, in a related question, what are the biggest reasons most Cuban Americans (in the United States) despise him?

I could do internet research, but I thought it would be more interesting and insightful to hear any firsthand or personal views.

Thanks for educating me.

It's a commie business that's pretending to be capitalist.

Why? They deleted my question where I exposed KFC's commieness.

And look at their logo. It's red, just like it's commie chicken partner.

America absolutely depends on middle east oil, there is no possible denial of this fact. It is my belief that the accusations coming from the left are correct but for the wrong reason, (as odd as it might sound). The free flow of oil from the middle east is beyond critical to Americans way of life, if you can't see that study it. Our reliance forces us to protect the transportation of oil from the middle east. Therefore we had to and must continue to do what ever is necessary to keep it coming. The war was for oil but to BUY it not steal it like the lame accusations claim from the left. Our government was probably reluctant to go to war but forced to at the same time. Same goes with Iran, count on this, we will and must defang (disarm) the ragheads threatening the shipment of oil to the US. So, directly it is about the oil but most importantly it is about continueing life as we know it until we adjust our reliance on foreign oil. So, the left was right (sort of).
