How long will it take the Christian minority extremists to forge a government of persecution and intolerance?

Gay marriage, abortion, on and on.. most are covered by freedom of religion and should be ignored, yet they are being pushed over and over into our constitution.

if you think it can't happen just remember that it has happen to every government since dawn of man. that is the main reason the US was established. Its just a matter for time before bible thumpers in America have us dressing per the old Testament... (See Muslim women.)

consider this:
Pilgrims came to America to establish gov'ts that were based on Judeo Christian values.
Secularists claim that they meant to create a godless system in which church and state were seperate. This is a myth.
the term "seperation of church and dtate" came from a letter by President T. Jefferson to a group that had expressed concerned that the gov't would favor on religious denomination over another.
Liberals have used this term to drive religion out of public schools and gov't, yet Jefferson and the founding fathers had no intention of removing religion from American culture. In Fact they Knew Christianity had to be the bedrock upon which our nation was founded on. It would not survive w/o a firm moral basis.
Even Washigton's said in his farewell adress:
"of all destitutions and habits which lead to political prosperity, Religion and morality are indespnsible supports...Tis substantially true, that virture or morality is neccessary for a spring of gov't."

A friend of mine claims that he recently saw a video and heard news of Osama Bin Laden has been captured. I haven't heard anything. Have I just not been listening to enough news?

I'm not interested in conspiracy theories of "He's in Bushes/Kerry's guest room," Or where he's hiding. I just want to know, has he been captured?

Are guns outdated? Should we just outlaw all guns? The 2nd amendment doesn't say anything about guns; it just says we have the right to bear arms.

What would happen if instead of using gun to protect our houses, we used tazers?

What if we banned guns and made the penalty of position of a gun the same manslaughter?

What about a person’s right to due process? If you shoot someone in your house do you rob them of their 4th amendment rights?

If you must lock your gun up to proctect your family, will you have enough time to get it, unlock it, and use it? With a tazer you wouldn't have that problem.

guys i live in jordan here i think there is no freedom
so my question is what is freedom ? is it when i say my opinion ?
here in jordan if you say anything about the goverment they will put you in jail :s
here you cant say anything about politics.

Especially about the Patriot Act and America losing its freedoms under the guise of security.

I used to be a Republican who used to be a Democrat. Now I'm a Democrat again, and am voting Democrat in 2006. Things have gotten out of hand. Our constitution guaranteed our rights to freedoms, and we should be entitled to all of them. Freedom of speech, among other rights are being thrashed without regard.

So, to you liberals, my apologies, you were right about everything.

How does he veto the bill for scietific research of fetal stem cell because as he says "I can't support this bill because we can't spend tax payers on something that people fell is immoral" AAAAHHH what about this war in Iraq ? I am up on current events, I LOVED politics when I was in school, LOVE politics now, but I don't really know where I fit in as far as deciding elephant or donkey(***, mule, WHATEVER take your pick these days...)! I read Time, and Newsweek(they each seem one sided in thier reporting), and still cannot figure where I belong. My father accused me of being a liberal while talking about politics not long ago, but I'm not quite sure of that either!!!
I don't like being left in the dark about what is going on in our nation, I cannot stand not knowing what is going on, and not being involved, but I have few people to discuss things with, it seems every time I talk politics with my father, he gets pissed at me!

my best friends 74 year old grandpa (hes itallian)lives in chicago 5 black guys surrounded her and stole her purse but if that wasnt enough they knocked him over and say thats for slavery motha fucka and called him a dirty cracka....these are the reasons im starting to be ashamed to be black whites dont do that stuff anymore so y do we????
