I know, I know. I'm going to hear all about how wonderful Hillary is and so forth...I'm prepared for that, and if you can back it up with proof, I'm ready to hear your praises. Just don't include the fact that she's a woman, because that doesn't mean she can run a country. I'm thinking Obama or Biden. They have experience and they know what they believe is the best for this country. I think an actual leader lies in them, but I'm open to suggestions.

DOESE THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION REALLY GIVE A **** ABOUT HELPING THE PEOPLE OF IRAQ OBTAIN FREEDOM. IF THAT IS THE CASE SHOULD WE BE EXPECTING TO INVADE ALL THE OTHER COMMUNIST COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD. OUR CHILDREN, BROTHERS, SISTERS, MOTHERS, FATHERS ARE NOT DYING FOR OUR FREEDOM BUT INSTEAD FOR THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION'S AGENDA, WHATEVER THAT MIGHT BE.

That's what you're doing for the President as a result of his fraudulent and misguided war in Iraq. You know he lied, you know he conned the country out of $2,000,000,000,000 (up to two trillion tax-dollars or more) yet you stand behind him like he's a good guy....BUT HE'S A CROOK!

Did u know:

That Israel has for decades routinely sent assassins in to other countries to kill its political enemies?

Today's Israel sits on the former sites of more than 400 now-vanished Palestinian villages, and that the Israel re-named almost every physical site in the country to cover up the traces?

That non-Jewish Israelis cannot buy or lease land in Israel?

That Palestinian license plates in Israel are color coded to distinguish Jews from non-Jews?

That yearly US aid to Israel exceeds the aid the US grants to the whole African continent?

That Israel is the only country in the Middle East that refuses to sign the nuclear non-proliferation treaty and bars international inspections from its sites?

That in Hebron, 85% of the water is given to about 400 settlers, while 15%must be divided among Hebron's 120,000 Palestinians?

So, what do u think about all these?

Even with its short commings this is still better than anything else. John T. You call the President names but can't back it up with fact!! In this little place we call reality while far from perfect President Bush is nothing like the filth you compare him to. If you hate it here so much why don't you move to France they like terrorist-loving little twerps like you.

"[The President] is once again releasing American military might on a foreign country with an ill-defined objective and no exit strategy."

"If we are going to commit American troops, we must be certain they have a clear mission, an achievable goal, and an exit strategy."

"I cannot support a failed foreign policy. History teaches us that it is often easier to make war than peace. This administration is just learning that lesson right now. The President began this mission with very vague objectives and lots of unanswered questions. A month later, these questions are still unanswered. There are no clarified rules of engagement. There is no timetable. There is no legitimate definition of victory."

"Well, I just think it's a bad idea. What's going to happen is they're going to be over there for 10, 15, maybe 20 years"

"My job as majority leader is be supportive of our troops, try to have input ... not to march in lock step with everything the president decides to do."

North Korea, Isreal, Iran, Cuba and Flippino rebles etc.... The USA had a hand on all the problem areas..

The Soviet Union and the US basically divided Korea into two nations.. Now look at the problem that faces now. Nukes being controlled by crazy Kim Jong II....

Do you agree? I think we are the solution and the problem to all the world's problems.

this is a serious question.....
i keep hearing people say that the war is to protect our freedom... and yet it seems to have nothing whatsoever to protect the freedoms in the united states....
If the purpose is to liberate Iraqis from a tyrant, why is that not given as the duty of troops.... and yet everyone says "protect our freedom"
WHY?
If you can not explain your answer... do not answer, Please....

I know I asked this before but I still don't understnad why people are blindly against it.

1) Its been proven this war wasn't about oil
2) They did find WMDs in Iraq
3) As a superpower it is USA's job to liberate the iraqi people from an insane dictator.
and for people who saying that we shouldn't get involved in other country's business, that is a little selfish. You have to remember if it wasn't for another country getting involved in our business we may not exist as a nation today.

I don't understand why the word Liberal is viewed so negatively by the U.S. and Europe. My definition of a Liberal is someone who believes in individual freedom and choice.

A Liberal is also someone who believes people are intrinsically good and that everyone should lead their lives without judging or being judged, independent of sex, religion, race, sexual orientation.

A Liberal believes in helping his fellow man/woman either through charity or through government and doesn't believe that they have to be mutually exclusive of each other.

A Liberal believes that economic prosperity and government are just tools for the betterment of society and not ends in themselves.

A Liberal doesn't like the status quo and tries to change things for the better.

A Liberal is not afraid of change and believes that humanity needs to take more chances in order to better itself.

I could go on and on, but in the end, aren't the things I just described good?
