What are some peoples thoughts on banning Incondesent lightbulbs??

my personally thoughts...

My father is a photographer, and floursent lights wont provide the lighting he needs on indoor pictures.

What about all the poeple losing their jobs who work in Incondesent light bulb facotories.

what about all the interier designs that relay on incondecent, like the candle bulbs that people like to put in windows, or the ones that look like a buring candle people put on chandeliers.

What about heating bulbs for pets like reptiles, flouresents dont provie the needed heat for these pets.

on the brighter side we will all be paying less in electricity bills.

What are so of your thoughts, good or bad on this subject

Lefties constantly make fun of Christians and demand things like Christmas trees and 10 commandments to be taken out of public and government buildings. Constantly screaming "Separation Between Church And State!"

For a bunch of people that want to take religion out of politics they sure do love the use a Christian religious holiday to make campaign statements.

New revelations about websites created by her camp against Democratic opponents... did u know when Bill was running she wiretapped opponents to help the cause?
Check these all out further. Do you believe she has no control over her campaign? If so why so many fall outs? Fired employees? What is next?
How do you dispute the Man of the Year Putin if he attacks you? A timeline of oh dear the boys ganged up on me... weep or over react & bomb them like her husband did?

I'd love to hear people's rationale for why government funded medical care will be better than private insured medical care. Will doctors, nurses, and ancillary staff automatically work harder because it's for the government? Which government facility do you hope this socialized health care mimicks most in efficiency?

Thanks for answering THIS question, and not your own.

Independent Candidate makes the cause for security and awareness of Syria's role providing suicide bombers thru Damascus into Iraq. This one was back in August this year.

After Thanksgiving John Mc Cain went on ABC News This Week with George Stephanopoulos . He spoke of his trip there. The fact Syria is still sending in threats. As is Iran adding to the conflict. (no link available... I tried)

Now President Bush and his comments. As of 3pm EST the White House .Gov has not undated with transcripts of the press conference today. Here is the BBC report.

Iraq is more than a worthless war. It's a key location where once a foothold is established the US can maintain order in the region. Why else build that Embassy anyway? Thoughts??

I am moving from Maryland to Washington state. Silly question, but how do I change my address? Is there a centralized location where I can change my address for all the mail that I get? Or do I have to contact each individual bank, school, organization, etc. separately to let them know?

Thanks!

When a group of people leave their homeland for a better life in your land, are they not expected to become part of your nation? Not as second class citizens, but at the same time not a state within a state? However what we see today, is large migrations of people into our nation, (US) but instead of becoming part of our nation, they refuse to learn the language thereby making communication almost impossible. This in turn forces the school systems to teach the children in their parent’s own language, thereby encouraging the children to ignore English that much longer. Through well meaning but very misguided policies we see these communities coddled by laws that force our government to extend social benefits to non citizens that many of our own citizens do even get to enjoy. Government documents, legal papers, and even fast food menus are printed bilingual to once again beet down the need to learn to speak the national language. Now I am not saying that there needs to be a ending of their own culture or way of life, but, are we united as one, or are we to become, many within one? So my question is, if a huge number of people come to your nation but do not want become part of your nation, but want you to allow them to remain true to their homeland, is that immigration or invasion?

I read one question where it said the recent AMT bill was a tax break for the rich. Truth: The rich paid the AMT before the bill and will still have to pay it. The bill kept middle class Americans from entering the AMT.

I read that by opposing the SCHIP bill the republicans was keeping 6 million poor kids from medical care.
Truth: The bill called for another 660,000 poor kids to be added. 2 million kids who already have health care insurance would now be eligible.(WHY?) And 1 million 340 thousand would be adults up to the age of 25. Why is a childrens bill insuring adults?

I read that Americans are less safe because of Bush's policies.
Truth: We have not had another terrorist attack since 9/11. During the Clinton years we were attacked 6 times. And the only thing he did was kill one janitor in Afghanastan.

Ignorance or lies? you tell me
