Lefties constantly make fun of Christians and demand things like Christmas trees and 10 commandments to be taken out of public and government buildings. Constantly screaming "Separation Between Church And State!"

For a bunch of people that want to take religion out of politics they sure do love the use a Christian religious holiday to make campaign statements.

Nancy Kay: Did you watch the commercials? They are mixing their campaign for president with Christmas. They're not doing it out of the "goodness in their heart", they're doing it for political votes.

To get votes. And because Huckabee started this, so they think they must follow suit.

Notice, however, that neither Clinton nor Edwards actually say, "Merry Christmas." Edwards does not mention it at all, and Clinton only asks, "Where is Universal Pre-K?" In print, she writes, "Happy Holidays," not "Merry Christmas." A very important liberal/secular progressive distinction here. Obama in his ads does not give us any holiday greeting whatsoever and looks downright ashamed that he is making a Christmas ad, but his daughter says it for him.

Christmas is a universal and international holiday, and the Democrats refuse to address it. They are not real or regular people. Something is wrong when you can't even wish a nation that is 85% Christian "Merry Christmas."

Good job on the Republican side of the aisle. Good ads, but Huckabee's was best since it was nonpolitical and simply acknowledges the birth of Christ.

Separation of Church and State is meant to protect government from religion and religion from government. Have you ever read about Constantine I, the Roman Emperor? He knew that he could never stop the spread of Christianity, so he made it the national religion of Rome in the Edict of Milan. And he did all of this for one reason, POWER! If you want elected officials in office who only use religion as Constantine I did, you should first consider the threat it poses to our democracy and then consider how well it worked out for Rome (I'll give you a hint...It DIDN'T work). Those who don't remember the past are condemned to repeat it.

Oh please! Who cares! Since religion is such a big part of the American culture it is never going to be completely out of government. What we need to watch out for are the conservatives and/or the liberals who use religion as the only influence on how they govern the rest of the population in the united states and try to impose their religion on everyone else. There are bigger issues to deal with than campaigns that include Christmas trees.

Now the republicans are the only ones allowed to celebrate christmas, or recognize it??? Give me a break.. "lefties" love christmas, christmas trees, and the celebration of the birth of christ. Separation of church and state, your damn right, they should never be mixed.

That is how i feel, because those liberals are two-faced. They lie to and tell the truth to who they want, and claim they are the most honest and just people on the planet. That is why i support Mike Huckabee. His Christmas add actually means something, because he is a CHRISTIAN! Check out his myspace, it doesn't hurt that is endorsed by Chuck Norris...lol

Well, if you already knew the answer, then why'd you ask this question?
