Torture or "enhanced interrogation techniques" as it is called nowadays by the military and CIA is only discussed in the media when there is an event of a nuclear attack or shown in tv shows like "24" and it is made to seem acceptable then. Why?

Set aside from the obvious argument of is it appropriate or not. With Gov. Rick Perry signing a bill earlier this month that authorizes an immediate ban on protests at military funerals in Texas. Isn't this a ban on free speech perhaps under the guise of a noble cause.
Rick Perry has been accussed of many crimes and come forward admitting to the accussations but remains immune from prosecution. So Rick Perry is not a credible person to listen too in the first place.
If you decide to take the side of Rick Perry, remember NWO, Bilderberg, North American Union. Isn't eliminating free speech a great move for a terrorist leader?

"Evil-do'ers'," a term used by the Masked Avenger, a 1940's superhero to describe the bad-guys.Also, a term used by our current President, to characterize several rogue nations. So, did Bush listen to the Masked Avenger, on the radio, or is the President a closet Woody Allen fan, who saw Radio Days?

You let mainstream media tell you who the phony front political front runners are? Hillery! She could NOT be worse for the country! You let your state governments run lotteries that are just another form of Taxation. You let big business & government slave you out instead of them truly serving the public! Then you think you have power of control with your vote! Its more than being a little naive!

Frivilius lawsuites, like asbestos claims (for people, who never got in contact with asbestos) have bankrupt 1000's of healthy US companies. Unions made a mocekry out of hard work in the 90's, when floor sweepers got $100,000 salaries with unsustainble pensions. Was it really China, who cost us 34 Million jobs in the last 12 years?

This is billionaire Warren Buffet's dilemma, and he is publicly complaining. His taxes are less than his receptionist's taxes. He feels that this is unfair and has called for a halt. The current tax breaks are slated for review by Congress very soon.

It is a common complaint that the tax cuts given by President Bush benefit the rich more than they do anyone else. The Middle Class and the Poorer people have not benefited as much as the Richer Classes.

President Bush has stated, "Why shouldn't the rich be given tax cuts? After all, they pay more taxes!" But there is some indication that this isn't true, with Corporations and Millionaires using high-priced attorneys to find loopholes and with many Corporations moving operations to offshore locations to avoid taxation.

Should this inequality be changed and the tax cuts revised? Should more help be given to the average American family and less to millionaires like Buffet?

I just came across a quote by George Orwell:

"The object of torture is torture" and it all became crystal clear to me.

Any nation which goes on record as "justifying" and is officially attempting to rationalize their torture is willingly embracing the darkest side of human nature.

I won't stand for it.
