Obama came out last week for the Presidential campaign before Hilary. Does this make her look like she was caught off guard by Obama's bid in the Democratic primary?
Even though he lacks experience, would his early start give him more appeal to Democrats?

I like to make up funny names for the people running for president it makes it easier to listen to two years of the drone. However, Hillary Clinton is already the funniest name I can think of.... Any suggestions? In fact I was already thinking of calling Obama "hillary clinton" for his funny name. I think I'll just call him Sadam (which is his real name).

any advice will be appreciated, this is a serious case. im trying to help my neighbor. her husband cheated on her and when she found out through his conversation with the other one, he beat her 6month pregnant wife and dragged her out of his office. she didnt report because she is afraid, he has posession of weapon. she put a restraining order a week later and police took him out of the house, he's staying at his parents house. she changed the locks but still scared. she took video of the bruises that he gave her but i think she will need more evidence than that, and he wants custody of their 7 year old. she needs to find evidence that he was cheating on her, he also cut the phone service but she'll try to ask for last month's bill. he closed all the bank accounts, and she's living out of credit cards only and the defendant's (husband) mother found a lawyer for her and is paying for it but that is too fishy. she's goign to state attorneys next week and find her own attorney.

and let the states decide on the majority of the issues?

I.E.

drug laws
social service programs
immigration
education
and so on

I think that all of these issues should be back in the hands of the people and NOT lobbyist and people at the federal level.

If all the people in CA want illegal immigration...so be it...then it would be their problem...if none of the people in AZ want illegal immigrants then there would be STATE laws preventing it.

If the people in AL want marijuana legalized...then as a state it should be..but if the people in TN don't want it then they can vote against it.

and again so on and so forth.

Our state taxes may go up a tad to compensate for the federal funding that they might not receive...but then our fed taxes would also go down since these would be at the state level now.

Do they have a responsibility to elevate and educate other blacks in America? Or would you say no; we should not expect anything. Are they not the model by which all other black potential is judged by whites? White People seem to embrace Sen. OBAMA, can't the argument be made that all educated blacks have the same potential.

As you are all aware that this country is on the verge of INDICIPLINE. Whole Country Politics is based on RELIGIOUS & CASTE BACKGROUND.
Whole System is being inducted with CORRUPTION & CAPITALISM & CRIMINAL POWER PLAY.
Now Time has come for DIVISION OF THIS COUNTRY INTO SMALLER & SMALLER STATES Based on Regional,Religious & Caste Basis which we are already noticing.
Our country is having even AIRPORT TERMINALS,EDUCATIONAL UNIVERSITIES & WHAT NOT ON RELIGIOUS GROUNDS ( Eg. HAJ TERMINAL, ALIGARH MUSLIM UNIVERSITY,PERSONAL LAW, What not ).
My Simple Question is that WHETHER THIS COUNTRY CAN REMAIN UNITED WITH ALL THESE BAD PRACTICES WHICH ARE INDUCTED BY OUR GREAT SO CALLED LEADERS FOR HOW MUCH LONG WITH THIS SYSTEM DEFECTS ?
IF NOT WHO IS GOING TO SAVE THIS COUNTRY ?

It's become very obvious that she prefers undocumented aliens so she can pay them a few cents an hour for their hard work, and that she's using her position in Government to make sure that none of them complain or she'll have the INS deport them. Meaning that a sign is posted on the door that reads "This is a smoking establishment. We reserve the right to deny service to non-smokers who complain."

If a sign like that were on the door, isn't it clear that there is smoke in the building and we do not want you in here with us as we relax and enjoy life.

It is clear to me when I go somewhere and it says "no smoking." If I have a cig in my hand at the time, I'll wait before I enter. So why then, should non-smokers be patted on the back for ruining my place of business where I allow smoking?

This is a free country right?

Optimism, hope, new life into an old, tired and corrupt institution. That's a few of the kudos thrown the great Miss Pelosi's way. Even Rush Limbaugh is praising this lady. THAT'S how sold the American people are on this petite and lovely little dynamo. It's been a long time since someone made the American people care abotu Washington again, the way Nancy has.
