A Saudi work visa has nothing to do with BCIS/INS. So, the BCIS cannot deport Obama for a Saudi visa lapsing, only Saudi can, if the visa lapses while he is in Saudia.

Stop listening to talk radio and learn a little about the Constitution. If you are not a natural born citizen, you cannot be president. Therefore, if he really were from Saudi, he could not be president.
