Bush has 2 military age kids,
Jeb Bush has drug addict kids who are
of military age. I'm sure Cheney has some
rugrat offsprings that are of military age.
Does Condi have any relatives serving?

Don't they want revenge on those mean,
bad people who tried to kill Mr. Bush's Daddy?

I am a patriotic American and would love it even if it was no more powerful than Germany today...does it really matter as long as we can live decent and our children are safe...what is wrong with being part of a wider world community and protecting each other (such as NATO), living a little smaller and maybe do a little fishing.

It seems as the gap between the have's and have nots grows wider and wider, eventually the poor will revolt. Historically, that has always been the case. In the case of France or Russia, royalty was executed and in the case of Germany, men like Hitler rose to power during such terrible times. Is corporate greed slowly pushing America in this direction?

It always seems stuff like gay marriage or flag burning or terry schiavo or some other type of issue is always dominating the republicans and democrats verbal sparring on the news. Why do they always want to talk about things like this instead of stuff that affects peoples daily lives, like economy, war, immigration, etc.?

we have so many means of obtaining knowledge today than our forefathers did, and our advanced technolegy, every thing we should need to make informed decisions, yet a uneducated idiot could do as good on running our country or planning a military operation or our econmy , domestic policy, forign policy or any thing else youcan name they were better, why, the wrote the best constitution in the world, they forged a powerful nation out of a hostile inviorment,that our people would not dare to encounter today,all did with a bible under their arm and a rifle on the other,hummmm ??????

I have never been convinced that foreign terrorists were behind 9/11. In fact, I think it's our own government attempting to move us from a free country to one of Serfdom. After all, for the past 90 years, private ownership has been stolen from us. You cannot own a home because if you don't pay property taxes, the government takes it. Same for land in the wilderness, your car, your freaking VCR in the state of West Virginia for God's sake.
