Individual birth records are usually kept by county governments. Some states have databases that cover the entire state, others do not. Type Kentucky into your webbrowser and you might want to add birth records. This will give you some direction. Most records must be ordered by mail or picked up in person. There is also a charge that will vary from state to state.
