what do you think about the gas prices going up? is it really coming down to buying milk or putting gas in the car? it's cheaper to buy milk and eggs with a loaf of bread than it is to put one gallon of gas.

i think it's crazy and put should take more public transportation becouse it's a hole lot cheaper than putting the gas in the car.

tell me you thuoghts on this one

I have been listening to this book on tape (easier to travel with) and I think that it is important that this book (though published in 2004 it is never more relevant) be read by every American including your "commandeerer in chief". I would like to hear from anyone who was changed by the words of these brave soldiers. (I deliberately buggered the word "commander".

We can thank all the Left-Wing-Bleeding Heart Liberal ACLU Supporting-Tree Hugging Democrats who have done everything possible to hinder, block and retard the building of new Refineries, none in the last 30 years, stopped every attemp to drill in Alaska and Off Shore where China is right now 40 miles off the coast of Cuba in the Florida Straights and lets not forget Al Gore when we belly up to the pump and shell out $5.00 + per gallon !!!

If Bush went into Iraq for oil then where is it....Thank a Liberal when you're at the Pump next week!

What say you?

I would love to hear from people representing all three of the participating countries.

From my perspective, I wonder about Canada's natural resources such as water, and how I don't want to see them sold to the USA as a commodity. Also, I don't like American companies suing our government for protecting our citizens from harmful carcinogens and environmental pollutants. I would much rather see us work together as a community to support ourselves - buying locally (reducing the amount of gas spent on transportation, and also supporting our own farmers). We can start building our own businesses rather than depending on big American franchised eye-sores. Also, we would be ensuring jobs for our own people.

This is just my side. Please, by all means, explain why you think NAFTA is a good idea or a bad idea. Please give examples, and cite your sources (if making a statement of fact)

For more information on NAFTA, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_American_Free_Trade_Agreement

As of today all we hear or see is either how they are stealing money from food for oil or they stand on the side lines tell all is over then give there speaches on how bad it all is. But why do they do nothing can they not understand that we are trying to let them be upfront in that is going on. But no they will sit behind and wait then they will give all there talks and for nothing it seems.
So I ask you all this question Why do we need the UN?

Four countries in the world which prohibit burning their national flags are Cuba, China, Iran and Iraq under Saddam Hussein. All are repressive or communistic. Doesn't this say something about the need for freedom of expression, even if it includes burning the national flag? How about burning state flags? Or city flags?

Why does Hezzbulah continue to fire missiles into Israel killing people daily? Why does Hezzbulah want terrorist criminals arrested in Israel returned to them, people who are known to support and plot suicide bombs and attacks in Israel? Why did Hezzbulah take two innocent Israeli citizens hostage the other month, fire missiles into Israel and continue to fire missiles into Israel when Israel had done them no wrong? Why is the United Nations considering stopping Israel from defending itself now? Who does Hezzbulah think it is to start war?

Over the past years, more and more "minorities" (blacks, immigrants, gays, etc.) keep getting special rights, so with all the "minorities" getting all this special treatment, the White, working, straight, citizens don't get any special rights or treatment or benefits, so doesn't that make people like me the real minority?
