i think you have that backwards democrats are pu$$y's when it comes to serving in the miilitary the reason why you are wrong is that Bush is a republican he had no problem saying let's go into iraq

I think you have that backwards. Clinton, a democrat, bought his way out of the draft. Too chicken to actually do something for his country. Carter, a democrat, no military service. Yet, on the republican side, Reagan was in the military, both Bush were in the military (yes the National Guard counts). Seems like the democrats are the ones to cowardly to serve in the military

I am Republican and a combat veteran. You don't have your facts straight. Besides, when you wear the uniform and get shot at or take IED hits, all politics go out the window.

pres bush wants US forces to stay in Iraq for as long as possible, but his twin daughters aren't signing up.
