I wish you would elaborate a little more with your question. Would I choose George Bush or Bill Clinton concerning what? Running the country, fashioning foreign policy, authoring equitable domestic policy, and articulating an intelligible and eloquent response to our current political malaise; all of these things I would entrust to the brilliance and charisma of Clinton.

Now who would I want as a leader of the free world if all I wanted to do is get some hilarious humor from comedy staples like Saturday Night Live or Mad TV, or make hip hop lingo and Ebonics look like intelligent speech, or who would I want as the Commander and Chief of this country if I like seeing an increase in Islamic militancy in the world? Well, I would prefer George W. Bush hands down over Clinton.

So, as you can see, it really depends on your priorities.

Bill Clinton for several reasons.

In a two term role as President of the United States of America, Bill Clinton increased both jobs (market growth of 23%), a surplus in the US budget, and the highest economic numbers in the history of the nation WITHOUT lowering the income of middle-incomer's (unlike Bush).

Both unemployment, and poverty were on the decline and the nations schools were receiving a record number of government funding during his administration.

For those reason alone, not withstanding Bush's mistakes in office I have to vote solidly in favor of Clinton.
