I have been listening to this book on tape (easier to travel with) and I think that it is important that this book (though published in 2004 it is never more relevant) be read by every American including your "commandeerer in chief". I would like to hear from anyone who was changed by the words of these brave soldiers. (I deliberately buggered the word "commander".

Now I see how blind people can be. Thank you for your comments. If you believe that the letters are fabricated then explain how this hasn't been made public and charges have not been laid against Mike!?!?

" "to fr chuck"... i dont care if they are happy or not.. i dont care what their views are. they joined up to serve the comander and chief[ps i hate that deciple of satin and we never had any buissness invading iraq] but they made their bed now they must do their duty and sever w/o question.... i did my time and believe me you are "brainwashed" and for a good reason... so you can survive... after they get discharged they can have a say , while serviving their oppinion is tainted! oh yeah , mike moore could have been heroic if he didnt "slant" & "twist" his material.. now i dont know what to believe from him ... it's too bad 'cause there is plenty of truth mixed in w/ his exagerations......but he's made himself damaged goods ...too bad...oh to "fr chuck" again... i served 2.5 yrs in the millitary and i'm sure i didnt "know 100 gi's[although proud when they left rarely were any happy while serving ].. how do you claim to know "hundreDS"[ all happy]... you wouldnt be "twisting the truth here? shame on you father!

No because he is known to lie and twist the truth, He has been sued by a soldier already for using his comments out of context.

Having known and talked to 100's in the military they are happy to serve and believe we are doing a great job in Iraq

If it has anything to do with Michael Moore, I want no part of it. I get enough lies from the media now as it is I done need more by having to deal with that moron. Just thinking about anything dealing with him makes my IQ go down a few points.

Michael Moore on numerous occassions has walk off show when confronted with truth, in respect to the lies he has told in his films, and on other shows.....he can not support any of his facts usually........as for lying about the letters? well, I don't know...but I wish not to put money in his pocket, and I would not doubt it if he wrote the letters for that book
