They have being told go home And now we are going to have to tell them to leave . They are not going to leave on there Owen . That is most likely . What do we do now to remove them . Should we try to stop there funding by getting angry with the ones that hirer them . But then they have no money so they will turn to crime , no problem they are criminals anyway .Bad ideal ! What to do ? Call the cops and get the removed from your street or call housing authorities and get them removed ? How do you think we should deal with this . For the Mexican lovers shut up on this one !!!

ABC News just did a story about poor single American mothers being unable to get medical treatment for their kids because government programs cannot help them quickly enough; many have died due to lack of service. Illegals are getting their children help; is this fair?

Is it hypocritical that a nation with strict, enforced immigration
laws demands we loosen our for their benefit? @ US taxpayers expense? They help keep drugs smugglers out? Hmm...wouldn't a highly-secured border do better?

Washington's failure to change its immigration laws is a blow to pro-U.S. Mexican President Felipe Calderon as he faces his toughest challenges since taking office in December.
Calderon, praised in Mexico for berating Bush over immigration at talks in March, said on Friday: "It should be deplored how the discussions in the U.S. Senate have not been able to follow a swift course and quickly win approval of this issue."

If a CITEZEN breaks the law (regardless as to what law was broken) they get arrrested or a ticket depending on the crime. If they do not appear for court or do not pay their ticket they get a warrant placed on them.

Shouldn't people who broke the law to come here (who commit a crime) be held to the same standards?

I mean they want to be here...right? They want all the benefits of being an American....right?

Well, shouldn't they be subjected to the same enforcement of the law they US CITIZENS are? They want to be equal...they want the same rights.

If a US citizen breaks the law, don't we get arrested (or at least a ticker that we are expected to pay)? If I get pulled over and cannot prove who I am, if I break the law, if I go anything illegal, am I not expected to deal with the consequences of my actions?

They broke the law. PERIOD.

So, why should they not be forced to deal with the consequences of their actions?

My girlfriend/Fiance' is a UK citizen. She wants to live here with me in America. We plan to get married but we want to do it in our own time without a time limit, as she is still in the divorce process from her UK husband. Is there a way for her to stay permanently or will I need to fly her back to UK every 2.5 months to keep her always under the time limit? Are there any options for 2 people in such situation?

Are you prepared for the inevitable in the next few years, or even sooner? Do you have the intelligence and common sense it takes to see what is happening to what was once the greatest nation on earth? If you know what I'm speaking of, are you ready to protect your family and property? Will you recognize the leader that will bond the true Americans together and take back our America? Or, will you be one of those who will beg for protection when you realize what you have done and how you got us in this mess? We are being invaded. There is a plan to this madness. Unfortunately, it is not America's plan. It is the plan of another nation, with it's treasonist allies in our own government. We are politically correcting ourselves out of a Nation. The great light of America is diminishing on a daily basis now. You must speak up and stop the madness or live with what will remain. You can't blame anyone but yourself for allowing your leaders to ruin this nation. You are letting them! Good luck!

We should try to use the referendum system to pass laws that our elected officials seem incapable of passing. No more in-state college tuition, no more school period, no more food stamps, no more housing, no more jobs by fining employers, etc and I think most would just go home or move to the states that don't do this. Pretty soon those states will be bankrupt and will have no choice but to follow suit. I'm afraid that our federal government is becoming as corrupt as mexico after their embarasing attempt at amnesty.

Make it impossible to get a driver's license or any kind of license if you cannot prove you are in the country legally. Stop making every baby born on American soil a citizen unless one or more of the parents is a citizen. Make it illegal to lend money to an illegal alien or for an illegal alien to own real property, bank accounts, or conduct any business. If people who are here illegally don't register, they would be risking having their property and bank accounts siezed. These are just a few of the things that I think would be easy to implement.
