This has been all over the news for weeks. Plus that illegal person already knows what he has to do to be legal. Illegals know already they can go to Immigration office and apply for citizenship, if they really want to be legal. I have no idea how much it cost and all it takes it a phone call and trip to Immigration to find out.

You would need to tell him to go home (to HIS country), then apply for a legal immigration visa through the legal channels.
It will put him at the back of the line, but that's what he deserves for trying to "get around" the system in the first place.
There is a legal process out there designed to help people who want to come to America. Use it.

There's nothing that can be done. Illegal aliens are not able to adjust status, that's the law. This means that they can't become legal while still in the United States. They have to leave the United States and return home before their case can even be considered, again, that's the law.
If it's a guy, and you love him, you can get married. He still has to go home, that's the law. Once home you can file a petition for him as your spouse. Since he was here illegally he's likely to face a ban of 3 years and up to as many as 10 years before he can return.

Put this question into any search engine (Google/Yahoo.......): "How to apply for a green card". It will bring up a number of sites, including organizations willing to help with the process or offer good advice/instruction. You choose which most applies (is the foreigner here or trying to get here, for example) I know folks who have assisted with this, but the laws have recently changed. Do the search. You'll find all the info you need. And best of luck to you..

You say he's "already here", as if that somehow makes him special, and worthy of accelerated "legal residence"??? No, it makes him a criminal.
Tell him to go back home and get in line behind all those already applying legally. Do your duty as a patriotic American and report him. People hate "line jumpers".
He isn't any more special or important than anybody else. Less so, because he already broke our laws coming here. He cannot legally apply for citizenship or anything else while in this country in an illegal status anyway.

getting married is the only way to become legal. there are other ways but most of the time you have absolutely no chance (political asylum).

Refer it to ICE, The Minutemen, or The Border Patrol for further instruction...since it is already illegally over here, it will be a felon now and can't apply for legal status for 10 years.HaHaHaHaHa

Send them back to their own country so that they can come back legally. We should not let people get away with illegal actions.

Id suggest that either they do what they can to become a legal immigrant or go back to their country and come to the country legaly.
