Honey, you're family is being torn apart because of an illegal immigration. Not because America is singling you out. You had to know it could come to this and yet you created a family on a foundation of sand. Couldn't you have gone to Mexico with him? I guess mexico wouldn't allow that would they? But if only you would have thought about the consequences and taken out a loan to pay that lawyer, would you be in this postion now? It's like the thief who doesn't mind stealing, only getting caught. If I seem insensitive I don't really want to hurt your feelings only to let you know that you made the decisions that created a family crisis.

You need to get an immigration lawyer, often times you can find ones that are affiliated with places like the United Way. Do not give up hope, and do not let those on here with their negative comments get to you. You must stay strong for your children.....
If you are a legal citizen and you have children, then he has ties to the country. The only thing that usually prevents someone from staying if they have ties like in your case is if he has a criminal record, or has been deported (or ignored a previous deportation order) before.
I am so sorry that you and your family are going through this and I wish you all the best!

The only 2 people you should be pissed at is you and your illegal husband!
How sad for you kids to find out that their daddy is not even an American, just a man that broke the law.

Get a LAWYER !!
I have little sympathy... 11 years as an illegal ? I've spent the last 2 years trying to get MY sweetheart into the USA legally, and the quotas are reduced to protect illegals !!

How about since you are all into breaking the law or they wouldn't had picked him up. You can all go back to whereever he comes from.
It's the two of yours own fault. This should had been taken care of 11 years ago! You've had 11 years! I feel sorry for your kids.

Get a naturalazation lawyer. He won't come cheap, but at least he will work hard for you. You can get him back. I know it is hard but keep your chin up. Keep in contact with him while he is gone, you can even call the phone company and get an 800 number so it is free for him to call you. The law should be on your side because of your marriage and children. It will take a while, Jesus is on your side though, keep your faith in him, stay strong for your family and everything will work out. I am praying for you now... Jesus, allow this family to come together once again, Please do not allow this happy family to go astray, In your name Jesus.
