Currently, there are border patrol agents and police officers facing criminal charges because they are protecting our border, country, and citizens. Why is this travesty of justice taking place in our country?

I have yet to meet a single pro-English only individual whose English is above the redneck drawl.

Don't they realize if we had an "English Only" policy in place, their Hickphonics wouldn't pass the test?

PS: It's "borders," not "boArders." It's "Jee-sus," not "Gee-zus." Also, it's "Ah-ree-an race," not "Ah-ryan race." And when you mumble that "Hitler was right," you're supposed to pronounce the final "-er" in Hitler as "-ah": "Heet-lah."

Thank you y'all.

I'm from Hong Kong, 18 male, currently studying Mass Communication in Perth, Australia. Living in Greece has been the very goal of my life and my dream. I always think of moving to Greece and staying there for my whole life. I hope I can do so with the girl I'd love the most whenever the time has come.

It sounds stupid but I work and live for this dream.

However, it seems that there are a lot of issues immigrating to Greece. And a goal that a HK guy eventually staying and living in Greece (immigration) is hard to achieve. I don't know what kind of problems I should be concerned with and think about. Currently I am having trouble deciding if I should keep working and living for this dream.

Hope you guys can help me get rid of this issue and make my dream come true. Any information is welcome.

hilo, every1
i'm quite annoyed by a housemate. the house are all international students except him. he is holding an expired visa. actually it has expired on dec of 2006. and works more than 25 hours per week. the council tax letter came last month, which said the house should pay 500pounds plus before end of this feb. i asked him to solve this, 'cuz other members in this house dont work or only work for under 10 hours per week. but he said, if we don't share the council tax, he won't pay a penny.

can any1 tell me how to deal with this guy? is there a way to report this illegal person?

cheers

Personally I do have a problem with illegals just flowing into United States unchecked .
And I have to agree with the ICE spokesperson - That if something really bad happens , American citiizens would have the right to point fingers and demand anwers.

About half of the nearly 190,000 illegal immigrants deported last year had criminal records, U.S. authorities said.

This isn't really an immigration issue. It's a public safety issue," ICE spokeswoman Virginia Kice said. "You can be sure there'll be a finger-pointing drill at the end of the day if they do something evil."

The other side of the coin....but do illegals have American rights or is this just an excuse to overlook their behavoir?...
"It's a practice that leads to weakening or eliminating civil liberties," said Nativo Lopez, president of the Los Angeles-based Mexican American Political Association.

Think about it.

The main reason so many people sneak into the USA is because they have no future in their own countries. The HUGE problem in Latin America is racism: a very small elite controls most of the wealth in each one of our countries.

Since they have the wealth, they are also the ones in control of the army and the businesses. They are the ones who deal with the First World, who supports them. Since they feel they have nothing to fear from elections or from justice, they are corrupt.

Instad of trying to make walls high enough to prevent Hispanics from crossing, should the USA do her best to stop the Feudal system still in existence South of the border?

Stop trading with the corrupt, racist Latin American white elites. Force them to hold real elections, where all parties are represented and not only those they approve of. Force them to integrate their people, to allow their majority of Black, Mulatto, Amerindian and Mestizo people to get health care, education, etc.

I married a woman and have been married for almost 3 years (longer than the 2 years for conditional residents) and as soon as she got her she decided that she was unhappy and it became evident that she had been in touch with an old flame and is going to go live with him and taking my son with her. She has been in the states for less than 60 days and in that time has got busted cheating 3 times and the whole story of this other guy who she has been dating since before she knew me comes out. Our marriage wasbased on fraud. She fooled me and now is trying to run out to be with him. Fine, but not after I have vouched for her to have US residency. If she wants it, tell him to do it.
