Most Americans have a problem with ILLEGAL Mexicans and rightfully so!!!
If they want to come to the US to get a better life, then they need to become US citizens, learn to speak English and adapt to the American way of life. Millions of other immigrants came to the US to get a better life too. They became US Citizens!!
Is that so hard for illegals to understand??????????

Your question isn't clear. I believe that ANY immigrant wishing to stay in the U.S. should become a legal citizen. America is country of immigrants. And this is the land of the free, but America is not a free for all. I think the best person deserves the job, but everyone who wants to apply should have the opportunity to. But I'm the one having to pay for illegal immigrant's children to attend school, or hospital care-doesnt that sound more like free-loading? And they are people who work hard for cheap but thats just driving down the economy so legal citizens are having to work harder for less pay. And watching the news a while back, I see Mexicans on the border shooting at our own troops so their people can run across the border, Illegal immigrants rallying in American cities and burning American flags-all that sounds like acts of war to me.
If you want to live in the U.S. and get all of the opportunities and benefits-Fine!-but become a legal citizen like everyone else.

Why is it when is comes to talking about Illegal Immigrants people always pick on the Mexicans first?
I was born in Mexico City and came into the US w/ my mother when I was 4/5 yrs old, she wanted to give me a better life. The US was built on immigrants and it has given many people a better chance at life. This country has given me and my mother so much, that is why I am now enlisted in the Air Force.

Mexicans are great people.. they work hard even if its illegal.. but they do the work alot of people wont do with long hours and cheap pay.. They never complain about it.. apprecitate what they have...

I think they for the most part are good hard working people.I feel they are being mislead and cheated out of a livable "life" in their own country.I think that the racists groups like La Raza Unida and The Brown Berets are leading them down a path that is not what the illegal Mexicans really want.Most would be content to just work,make a better home for themselves and help their family's that remain in Mexico.They do not desire or want to be in the streets marching and voicing hate for this nation.The hate groups have their own agenda and it has nothing to do with just "making a better life" here.Most of the followers are legal Americans .The Mexican people as a whole are just like any other nationality of people.some good ,some bad.Just as "white" Americans are.
Race has NOTHING to do with my views against illegal aliens.

Don't blame the Mexicans so much, blame the Mexican government. I am Mexican and it makes me angry when the Mexican president asked for help and instead of asking for economic help, he asked the US president to let us stay. If México can just get a little help with our economy, they wouldn'tbe rushing over here. I do admit though, there's too many over here. It's mainly American Companies over there that pay the lowest possible, if we put a minimum wage, they would leave and México would be in worst condition.

Sick of hearing how hard they work, I know better.and if they work so hard why do they come here for jobs? why don't they paint there shacks ?go to sandiego look across the border what a contrast.Simple fact is they are law breakers they commit( most) of the crime along the border they fill up or jails,schools,hospitals,welfare,soon social security.they steal,rape murder,bring in drugs .sickness,dirt ,L.A. and outer places look like Mexico now,They raise their Mexican flags at our post office,and burn ours,what do I think of them? I think we need To hang Bush and Congress and invade back.

i agree with Eddie....we help out everyone else, even when they don't want us to. Why can't we help Mexico, our closest neighbor besides Canada, then perhaps their people wouldn't have to feel they need to come here illegally?
