"hispanics" when they cross the border? Or is it because they are people without a country? Do they love Mexico or the United States? Or neither? If they have a car registered in the United States, and they are driving it in the United States and it has Mexican flag stickers all over it, are they Mexican? or confused Americans? or Hispanic?

I lost my green card for a year now, and as what I know it will takea couple months or year to get a new one. The problem is, we're planning to get married with my military boyfriend who will be assigned overseas. Is it possible for me to come with him after our marriage where in fact I don't have my "green card" with me?

I have a friend trying to get an F-1 student visa to US. He went to embassy once and was rejected even though he meets all the qualifications and has all the documentation according to the website. Will a consultant help? How much do they cost? How do you find a good one (in Delhi)? Do most people get rejected once and have to try again? Thanks!! :)

I know that DUI is not a criminal offense of moral turpitude but what about refusal to submit breath test in New Jersey? Does Refusal to submit breath test consider as crime of moral turpitude? First DUI offense which is not a felony, does not stop anyone from gaining US Citizenship but what about refusal to submit breath test? Thank you in advance…

I am a US citizen and I have a job offer to work full time in Canada and going by CIC's online assessment, it looks like I qualify to be considered as a SKILLED WORKER applicant. I have the following questions to help me figure out what I would need to do to secure my stay in Canada:

1) What fees am I looking to pay? Medical? Any type of VISA fees? Police records?

2) Would I be able to stay with a friend in Canada while I work there or would I need my own residence?

3) I read that you need proof of financial status to show that you can support yourself in Canada, but If I have a job offer, as long as it covers the minimum needed, is that enough proof?

4) What would I have to do if I wanted to get another job in Canada in case I wanted to leave the job I was given?

Any other information I need to know or that can be of some help to me, would be much appreciated. If I can think of other questions, I'll just add them later. :P Thanks in advance. :)

We have all read responses by persons claiming to be members or supporters of the Minuteman vigilantes; they are usually hateful remarks advocating violence against Hispanics in general. Most of the remarks start off with, “I am not a racist, I hate all Illegals regardless of race,” and end like this, “Hispanics are third world scum.”

Recently, HB 2286 has stirred up the emotions of many Minutemen vigilantes and their supporters. Lawmaker, Kyrsten Sinema told Phoenix news reporter Claudia Rivero that she has received many DEATH THREAT e-mails that are signed by people who claim to be members of the Minutemen vigilantes.

Ms. Kyrsten Sinema added, "One person in Arizona threatened to kick me in the uterus so that I would no longer have the ability to bare children." She forwarded the threatening e-mails to the FBI and the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Should we have affirmative action for people from a foreign country who immigrate to America? Currently if you move to America you can claim to be a member of a minority group when you are applying for jobs, school, grants, etc. Is there any justification for this?

"How smooth must be the language of the whites, when they can make right look like wrong, and wrong like right." From Black Hawk, Sauk

"The white people, who are trying to make us over into their image, they want us to be what they call "assimilated," bringing the Indians into the mainstream and destroying our own way of life and our own cultural patterns. They believe we should be contented like those whose concept of happiness is materialistic and greedy, which is very different from our way.
We want freedom from the white man rather than to be intergrated. We don't want any part of the establishment, we want to be free to raise our children in our religion, in our ways, to be able to hunt and fish and live in peace. We don't want power, we don't want to be congressmen, or bankers....we want to be ourselves. We want to have our heritage, because we are the owners of this land and because we belong here.
The white man says, there is freedom and justice for all. We have had "freedom and justice," and that is why we have been almost exterminated. We shall not forget this."

I keep hearing how we stole mexican land. If they are talking about the mexican-american war then there stupid. It took place over a hundred years ago. It was a short war with not alot of casualties. We did offer the mexicans a fair amount of money. Do you think other countries cry about land they lost in wars that took place over hundred uyears ago. Then mexicans say how proud they are for defeating the french or spanish or whatever, you couldn't beat good-old USA. And its not like you dont have enough land. Get over it. mexicans are just coming here and infestating the land we won in the war.
